I hosted a private group cooking class for 25 people for my birthday, and everything was absolutely perfect! The space is beautiful and needed no addition decoration. I connected my ipad to the built-in sonos speakers to play my spotify playlist, and I was able to project a picture slide show on the large tv display monitors. From the moment I walked in he had everything accounted for - circular name tags for the wine glasses, hair ties for those with long hair, latex gloves, glasses for beverages (it's BYO), bottled and sparkling water, etc. Chef Naveen and I consulted on the menu and he took into account people who had food restrictions. Everything we made was absolutely delicious. I didn't tell my group we were cooking Indian food because some people automatically assume they won't like it, but let me tell you there were NO LEFTOVERS! The staff was amazing, always cleaning and organizing in the background. Chef Naveen was the highlight of the evening! He was so funny and engaging and he could remember everyone's name. My guests absolutely loved him. Everything was absolutely perfect. I give him 10 stars and will definitely be back again!
Absolutely fantastic experience with Chef Naveen! The food, the atmosphere, the learning... All of it was five stars. The best chicken tandoori I've ever had, he takes a lot of care into his prep so your cooking class is a wonderful experience.
My colleagues and I had a great time at Naveen's. Chef Jen gave some amazingly useful tips and great conversation. Plus the food was delicious. The assistant chefs also did a great job at coming around and giving pointers as we prepped. Naveen came by to say hello even though he had just came in from out of town. In addition to the hospitality, the space was amazing! So beautiful and clean. I would definitely come back.
We celebrated our company outing here this week. One of the most memorable experiences I’ve personally ever had. The environment and kitchen and equipment are state of the art!Our team had an absolute blast cooking with Naveen! The food we made was amazing, we all learned so much and laughed even more. I must say that this was THE BEST experience that I have had in a kitchen. Naveen’s expertise was phenomenal along with a fantastic staff. The actual venue is BEAUTIFUL. The tailor made menu was easy and exquisite . All of the dietary restrictions were met. If you are ever wanting to do a cooking class, this would be the place hands down. A wonderful activity enjoyed by all.
We had an amazing time during our cooking class! The chef is amazing, fun, and easy to follow recipe. We enjoyed our dinner so much and can’t wait to make it at home!
What a great space and amazing experience! I highly suggest Chef Naveen he is an astounding person and chef with an incredible background and life story. We rented the whole space for a private team building event for our company of 12 people and we all absolutely LOVED it! We had the option to choose the type of food we would like to cook but we wanted to do Indian food which he specializes in. We had 5 different recipes and broke into groups to cook each one and then enjoyed all the food together as a group. He was so great he even allowed us to bring in a sommelier and coordinated with her for the wine pairings and everything! The space is extremely clean and beautiful, and he makes sure everyone washes their hands and hair ties if you have long hair. He also did an introductory teaching of his chopping methods for all the prep that needs to be done and honestly, we all thought we knew how to chop food, but Chef Naveen works magic with his techniques. A great experience that everyone enjoyed, and we will all definitely be back!
We had an amazing evening cooking vegetarian Indian cuisine. The menu was fantastic and Naveen had beautiful fresh ingredients.
A large group of us spent the afternoon of a bachelor party weekend learning to cook from Naveen and his attentive staff. Can't recommend the experience enough! The food was tailored to our skill level - and greater interest in socializing rather than learning how to become a chef. Naveen's personality, graciousness, and talents shined bright from the moment we entered his beautiful space on North Ave. A great time was had by all and I found myself going to the grocery store the next day to pick up ingredients to make the ahi tuna wonton cups that he taught us to prepare - they were that good.
