I only have one word for this restaurant. It’s AMAZING. The food tasted really Healthy fresh and tasty. The Korean Noodle bowl was on a spicy side. Drinks were decent. Food is pricey. The waiter got us a free dessert for my friend’s birthday. It was a nice gesture. Lastly, We had dogs with us and had called few restaurants which were pet friendly but none of them allowed the dogs and the patios were closed because of the Winter. But True Food Kitchen was so kind to seat us outside. Must try place.

It had a decent menu, but it didn't feel that healthy (fries and burgers) and we didn't get that much food for $60. It was nice enough but not amazing. We tried the children's meals, the po boy (not that flavourful), and an avocado, chicken, bacon sandwich that seemed to be missing the avocado.

Ordered the Gastropub burger! Lots of flavor and different elements that work very well together. As a meat eater and someone who works in the meat processing industry I was very pleasantly surprised!

Very lovely atmosphere and service! I have an allergy to nuts and it was so amazing how on top of it the workers were. I got the Chickpea Cauliflower wrap with a side of sweet potato fries and it was very good, my only critique is that I wish it had been a little warmer. Over all it was a great experience and I’d come back in a heart beat.

We really liked this place! Yes it's a bit pricey for fast food, but given we'd paid $30 for a couple of impossible whoppers a few days earlier it seemed pretty reasonable for a city centre location! I found the range of options pretty good and as it was only a few minutes from our hotel we went here a couple of times and really enjoyed everything we got. I'd definitely recommend it.

Amazing food. I got the chicken, bacon, avo club with a side of seasoned fries. The chicken is perfectly crisp. Highly recommend.

15-20 dollars for a small entree and side that tastes only decent and won't fill you up. Kale salad was old today, a bit wilted with obvious brown spots. I used to love this chain, but the quality seems to decline each time I go there. If you used to love Native Foods, think twice because it's kinda become a slipshod operation. If you want to spend too much but have a better meal, try the nearby I Can't Believe It's Not Meat instead.

I loved my experience at this restaurant. The young man here was very helpful and friendly. He explained many of the menu items to me since I had never been to a restaurant like this. He also chatted a little bit with me while he rang me out. That made me feel like a person and not a number. I wish that I had his name because he deserves credit for being so awesome. The food was superb! The cookie and the brownie was all of that! You got to have them. And my cheeseburger was great. I also tried a meat ball sub, which was also great! It was so great to see a place like this downtown. I love to eat downtown but there's not many options for vegan diets.

Good vegan restaurant with healthy food. Fast service. But the room is very empty, there is no design, it was uncomfortable for me. It seems that this establishment is dying or getting ready for renovation. There were absolutely no people at lunchtime. It used to be popular. Perhaps something happened. It's a pity, I wish them a speedy return and success!

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE SICK.The only good thing was the cauliflower wings. The food tasted stale and freezer burned, and old oil was definitely used. The food made us feel sick afterwards. We will definitely not be coming back. The appearance of the food is deceiving. If all looks fine and fresh until you start eating and notice the chemically-freezer-old oil-gross taste. The wait staff seemed friendly, but my GOD the food was atrocious.Do not come here.
