Was here yesterday for the first time, & had to come again today because it was so great!! I love the food & amount of flavor each bite had. Everything was great & the manager Dylan was so nice & helpful.Sad there’s no Nando’s in the West Coast :(
Vibe is cool. Good is pretty good but small portions sizes for the price. Full bottles of wine sold for under $30.Weird that you order from your seat but must go to the counter for a glass of water instead of them just being brought to the table.
First time at Nandos. I was super hungry after spending 3 hours at the Apple Store. My experience I walked in sat down, I was told use the phone to order and I literally had to order and paid all with my phone even had to give the tip before even getting my food all with my phone? I’m so hungry and I have to figure all this out!!! all I did was laugh ?. The food was good really good ? so it was worth it. I guess this is the new do it yourself. I’m surprised I didn’t have to wash my dishes before living the restaurant. ?..
Exceptional customer service. They forgot to put chicken in my Marinated Tomato, Halloumi & Chicken Salad but the restaurant staff not only kindly apologized for their mistake, but they also gave me portion of chicken enough for 2 people, cheese cake and recovery card (1 free entree and side at any of their restaurant). To be honest I did not expect all of this, but thank you Nandos ❤ Mistakes happen and we're all human after all.

Called in my order for half of chicken grilled only no sauce, requested that the chicken not be burnt. Unfortunately that is exactly what happened. I haven’t been to this store in a while but I was very unhappy about the food especially because the food is not cheap.

Excellent tasting food! The chicken, Feta, and Avi bowl had a nice amount of creamy feta included with a rice that had a tangy taste. The interior decor has a unique feel. Try the tables near the windows - they're like baskets that swing around in place.

Food is good but the dining room is NOT open. You can only eat outside. Tried to suggest an edit but that aspect was not available
