Amazing Falafel Sandwich, original taste.The staff are so friendly and warm.
I came in with a friend and ordered, then the person at the counter refused to take the order of my friend because he had to ‘teach us how to order’ (he asked if my friend wanted a pita too, he said no, and then he just skipped my friend and asked the next person in line what he wanted to order because me and my friend did not order together). This must be by far the worst customer experience I had in a very long time. The demeanour of this person is absolutely unacceptable and I will be spreading the word to my friends that this place is to be avoided at all costs.Food was good though.
I typically find this place to be pretty good, but just had an extremely unpleasant experience that ultimately forced both me and my friend to throw away our food rather than risk eating it.One of the people prepping our food was either sick, or had some food in their mouth, and while asking us about our order spit MULTIPLE TIMES all over both our meals, and the food in the bins that they scoop out of (double yuck). I should not have gone through with paying for a meal that i was too disgusted to eat, but was too uncomfortable to say anything.What a waste of $12 and a disgusting way to serve food

Naf Naf has been my go-to for the last year, as it’s incredibly convenient, and was always fantastic as far as quality and portions. However with the past two orders there have been notable changes.The bowls have been replaced with smaller sizes, and even then they haven’t been full (whereas the old bowls would be filled to the brim). I’ve also had quality issues, where last week they forgot falafel that I added to my order and today, when I opened the bag, I found that they had forgotten the hummus.
Just went there about an hour ago. The staff were great and the food was delicious.
Roti is more flavorful.
Shortages on some items due to covid, so they may not have all normal items
