I think your experience with their food will depend on who's the cook and when are you ordering/eating. The crispy chicken was great. Falafel was good. The chicken shawerma and rice were undercooked. It needed more time to be ready but the staff rushed the food to deliver the order.

When on a tight schedule sightseeing chicago this is the place to eat! Quick service, good and delectable food. Also it is very pocket friendly ?

The food was so good, and the service was awesome. The staff was so nice and friendly along with the wonderful food.

I love naf naf the falafel is my fave the staff is always great when I go in there but sometimes the line is really long and I see the staff is working really really hard to get everybody out I wish there was a way they could cut off the online orders so the people in line could be better served but other than that I gave the place five stars

Nice people. Good service. Good food. Reasonable prices. Nice outdoor seating.

Highly recommend this place to shawarma lovers looking for a quick bite to eat. Naf Naf impressed us as our first meal in Chicago this time around. The shawarma is very well spiced, and the toppings are all very fresh. The real winner for us was their fries. They're essentially potato chips, but rather than frying them until crunchy, they only partially fry them, allowing them to keep the same sort of softness found in regular french fries.

hole in the wall and a bit crummy. slow progressing line during peak time due to only 2 employees being present. they were doing their best, but that's not good enough

Every time we visit Chicago we have to come here. It's always delicious, a great stop for lunch, the best falafel I've ever had and everything is always fresh, every time. The staff is always super friendly and nice. I HIGHLY recommend trying them out. You won't be disappointed!

Naf Naf grill has been advertised as halal on several blogs and websites. I called the restaurant to confirm and they said it is NOT halal.

This used to be one of my favorite spots in Chicago! But every time I go back it looks like things keep getting worse.Today I waited around 5 minutes at the register because they needed the screen to read an online order (there were no other customers in line). When they finally took my card the cashier just swiped it, gave it back, and then walked away. I actually had to reach over the counter to get my pita and my food in white foam box (it used to be a nice biodegradable bowl), and I also had to wait to ask someone else for a bag...On top of everything the food quality is pretty much gone.
