This is a regular lunch spot for me and the customer service is always fantastic. The food is fresh, healthy and filling! Not to mention very affordable. I get the chicken salad, and they’re always very nice if you ask for a little extra of any ingredient. Highly recommend!
I visited this location on Tuesday, July 12 for the first time and the entire experience was great. Everyone working was so incredibly friendly and hard working. The service was fast and the food was delicious. I will certainly be back!
Where do I start! This place is AMAZING. The staff was friendly and inviting. The food was scrumptious!!! Bravo, Bravo Bravo. The food was so good Michael Myers could have served it and I would be back. I was a huge fan of IDOF but Naf Naf has taken the title. The seasoning used and flavor created were definitely mouth watering. I wanted to jump on the countertops and create a TikTok video giving Naf Naf nothing but the highest accolades but figured the other customers may not appreciate the disturbance. My good friend Kelly A encouraged me to give Naf Naf a try and she definitely had my best interest at heart. Words can't describe how much I enjoyed my lunch. I would go back at closing and ask for the scraps ( none of those items deserve to be tossed). If anyone is considering Naf Naf don't waste another second.Update! This location deserves 10 stars! I returned today with Kelly and ordered her supreme concoction with Couscous, Falafel Chicken, Garlic and Green sauce! My goodness the flavors were savory. The food was plentiful it created a smile on my face as well as in my Tummy. The entire staff demonstrated excellent service. The location on Washington in Chicago is FANTASTIC! Especially Jessica. I placed a catering order and made a mistake when entering the date. Jessica was very accommodating and helped me remedy the issue so that my order was ready at the correct time for my team. THANK YOU!
I come here frequently for lunch and dinner because this place gives good value for the amount of food, quality of food, and the fact that you can create a decently healthy meal. I'm a member of their rewards program.Earlier today, they had issues with their payment processing system so they comped my meal. In this day and age, you rarely see companies (especially chains) conduct business "the right way." These guys do.
The food here is awesome and cheap. Huge pita sandwich is only $7, and the flavors on the meats are excellent. Best falafels in any fast food place, by far.
Perfected the Chipotle style Mediterranean act very well. Naf Naf had great speed of service and consistency in food quality
Oh how I missed my Naf Naf. It was a 5 star meal for a 3 star price. I was pleasantly surprised to see they survived Covid. At least I was before I got my food. My pita was not fully cooked and still a bit raw. Paul Hollywood would not be happy. Then I ate my bowl and the damn chicken was crisped a bit too much. It tasted like someone took yesterday's chicken and recooked it today on the grill. It's possible they overcooked it but that's just as bad. Then when it came to my toppings, they really skimped there. After my disappointing look, they added a bit more. Inflation is a thing, so that's why their prices went up. Why the quality went down, is another question. I wonder if they pay enough to hire the same staff back. I wanted to give them two stars but I have too much history with them to do them like that.
BEST NAF NAF EVER!!! Calvin and all the staff was so kind! The falafel was carefully placed and the spices shaken with care. Hands-down the best experience because of the staff. Will be back!
Naf naf is awesome, since they got rid of their tabouli though I've stopped visiting as much since that only leaves a couple other toppings that I'm fond of. Pitas are the best around, so fluffy and fresh, I still enjoy stopping in and am glad they're around!
