Honestly best bar I've been to! My rating is specific for location, prices, and bartender Frankie! If he is there you will definitely have a great time! Unfortunately we went 6/19 when he wasn't there and bartender girl was so rude had confrontation with numerous people and telling them you wanna come back here and do my job!? So rude honestly made this night for us super uncomfortable.

Had the Mother Hubbard Burger. AMAZING! Flavor is top notch. Staple dive bar in Chicago for your 'To-Do' list while in town.Mixed crowd of younger and older. Locals and traveling professionals present during the NBA playoffs tonight.Servers were attentive and there was plenty of staff working the door to control the crowd and keep aisles clear for patrons walking.Wish the presentation of food was a little better or the burger was bigger but flavor is outstanding. Thanks for making Chicago great @Mother Hubbard's!!!
Celebrated 25 year reunion. Food and drinks the bomb. They close at 4am. Enjoyed the atmosphere.
Best Wings outside of Buffalo. I didn't believe it until I tried for myself. Flavor is very similar to Duffs in Buffalo for those who have been there. Fun atmosphere and wonderful service. Not too many place you can order pitchers of quality IPA. Great IPA selection, much better than I expected from a sports/dive bar & grill.
One of my favorite spots downtown nearby the Chicago River for the last 15+ years. It's not fancy, it's not even a spot that can guarantee a clean restroom on some nights -- but it's always top notch. The drinks, the grub, the music, the staff, the pac-man!
Good sports bar as long as all of the creepy men aren’t trying to get with you just because you like watching football
We met up with some friends here one night, and while we didn't get any food, it looked DELICIOUS. Will definitely try next time. However, what this place is a wine bar, and luckily it is also what it excels at. The bartenders are EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and most importantly, not pretentious. Every recommendation by every bartender hit the spot. And these guys actually make eye contact with you/talk to you when you get up to the counter. It's like you exist! Amazing. It's certainly not uncommon for a place of this caliber to have some attitude, once again showing the superiority of Los Feliz (and surrounding area) over the snotty west side.
Nobody checked my ID whatsoever upon entrance to bar or when I ordered a drink. They did not mandate masks or check vaccination cards in accordance with the State and City Regulations. Definitely contributing negatively to the pandemic. They were the only bar on the entire street that never checked ID, mask, or vaccination card. The bartenders and the waitresses were not even wearing masks at all.Recommend definitely going somewhere else.
Love this bar. Lots of TVs and a ton of drink options - from buckets of Long Drink to pours of high end bourbon. Staff is easy and Frankie makes you feel right at home.
