My Samoa cupcake did not disappoint. Hardest part was choosing from all the flavors.
The cupcakes are delicious. You should try their key lime and blueberry cheesecake!!
Amazing Cupcakes! The icing I had was very light and sweet! Definitely good in my book!
Stopped at Mollys for a sweet treat to take back to the hotel. We had the tiramisu and blueberry cheesecake cupcakes. I haven’t even tried our other two yet, but my hopes are high! (S’mores and Cookie Monster we’re both recommended). They were SO moist and delicious. We were so impressed. It’s right off a subway station and near other eateries. Highly recommend. Ambience inside is very cute, too.
One of my favorite place when it comes to dessert! ? ??
Avoid at all cost, bad business practices and poor customer service. Cancelled my girlfriends cake order the day before her birthday with no communication. Molly's cupcakes corporate should look into this location ASAP to investigate as it's damaging their reputation as a business.
I would highly recommend not ordering anything from Molly’s Cupcakes (any location) if you hope to actually get your order. A $500 order was never made. On the day of pickup the phones were down at this location. Called other locations to try to get a manager/owner to help us get a pick up time for our order. They said they couldn’t contact anyone from other locations. Show up to pick up the already paid for order to be told they didn’t make it. Had to ask for a refund. Based on what we were told this is an ongoing issue. Take your website down if you can’t complete orders or at the very least call the customer to let them know you don’t actually do catering orders. We were told specifically to order from this location after trying to order at another. Also, when trying to make the order over the phone at this location they said to do it online. Seems like a mess. Should have looked at the reviews before ordering. The general response from the owner seems to be “we’re not immune to covid” but that isn’t an excuse for poor business practices. Pick up the phone and let your customers know you can’t complete orders. Not a big ask.
I have always bin a big fan of Molly’s and this store in particular. They have new hours (shorter) and next to no inventory. I was told at 3 pm that if I wanted the “popular” cupcakes, I would need to be there by 11:00 a.m. Unfortunately my poor planning cost be $40 including tip of course for the few cupcakes they had left in their case. This was a first. Guess we can chalk it up to the pandemic like everything else. Live and learn.
Great store. I had a red velvet cupcake, which was good, but not "real" as the used food coloring. Friendly. Apparently, the owner's teacher, Miss Molly, would bring cupcakes for students birthdays. School theme. Li Ed the periodic table of Cupcakes.
Really upset couldn't spend my money here. Young lady says we not open and it was after 11:30am. The young lady said the owner is not allowing me to let people in because she changed the hours and I can view them online I checked online and it clearly says 11:00 a.m.!
