This place has gone down hill since the last time I was in there. We go in for the dinoribs (beef ribs) a few times a year, but last time they tasted like pot roast on a bone. This normally means they were reheated, over cooked, or boiled. I'm not paying top dollar for roast bone.Saving 2 stars for the friendly staff and the other food which was great.

Phenomenal food, great menu, great drinks and top notch service! Our server was really sweet and very attentive. Definitely returning during our next visit to Chicago!

Excellent food and excellent service! We went as a part of five, and each one of us ordered something different, and we all loved what we ordered. A bit pricey, but worth it!

Great kosher food. The brisket chili was outstanding! I don’t keep kosher, so I know what good chili tastes like, and this one really stood out. Service was great. Recommended

We started off with the brisket chili and it had quite the kick and was packed with deep flavors. Milt's bar-b-q sauces were all good. I liked the Kansas City sauce the best. The "Nosh"ville chicken sandwich also provided a kick while not being over-powering. The maple vanilla bean bread pudding is worth the extra calories and the service was top notch. This crew cares. I eat kosher and non-kosher and too many times I find myself saying "that was good. . for kosher". This? This was just damn good bar-b-q for anyone who likes Q!

It's taken me a bit to write this. I've been hearing about this place for sometime and finally made a reservation. I'm not a BBQ expert but my I laws live in Kansas City and my extended family lives in Texas. So I've been eating BBQ for some time including Memphis ribs. Some of us like this cut...don't judge. So BBQ I know. I was "perplexed" when I arrived for my reservation and found that there were no ribs on the menu? They had boneless ribs instead? Everyone knows that the bone makes the meat juicy. From chicken to rib eye to ribs. So when in Rome... we ordered the boneless ribs. I should have known that by glancing around no one ordered the ribs. That I was in for a "treat". The chared remains of meat came to the table and I thought ok bark tends to be a bit blackish but dig through this an find the juicy meat. But this was tough, dry and stringy. Even the sauces could save this piece of coal. Suffice to say severely disappointed and I can't and won't recommend. I'm hoping to give it another try because everyone deserves a second chance. But when I look back and I see what other tables ordered and no one had the boneless ribs...that should have been my signal to pay for my cocktails and head out.

The popcorn chicken at Milt’s was the disappointment of the century. I was so excited to find one of the few restaurants around with kosher meat and was beyond excited to see that they had popcorn chicken, as it tends to be a rare delicacy. However, to my great dismay, the popcorn chicken was just CUT. UP. CHICKEN. TENDERS. I was appalled and dissapointed to say the least with the uneavenly cut pieces of chicken that were clearly just chopped up chicken tenders. So with a heavy heart, I strongly advise you to not order the “popcorn chicken” as you will be greatly dissapointed. ??

Service was excellent Decor was okay. Food was bad. I had the chicken fingers, which were over cooked, dry, and tough and served with three overly sweet sauces and undercooked French fries. Great staff! Too bad they don’t get to serve better food.

Great Kosher BBQ Restaurant for the whole family. Not to be missed if in the Lakeview area.

Friendly service. Solid food. Some of it a bit too spicy for my taste, but tasty.
