The most delicious pizza! Same great recipe for years. I usually get thin crust, but recently tried stuffed. It has all the great flavors I love about the thin crust, plus more delicious cheese and crust. I'd honestly choose it over some of the more popular stuffed pizza places.Milano's doesn't offer regular bacon, which is a topping I love on pizza, but that has never stopped me from ordering from there.
4 out of 5 time I've gone 5 stars today what an horrible experience, all starts with the lady on the phone rushing me off and not repeating the order back. Something so simple, caused me to walk out without food on my lunch break of all things thanks won't be back for quite some time
Pizza was very good and they have enormous sizes which is needed for my enormous family ????
The staff is super friendly and the quality of the sausage and cheese is noteworthy! The crust is flaky and light but if you like cracker thin, just ask for EXTRA THIN. 12 in is enough 2 ppl and you get a complimentary sodas with purchase. You feel the family vibe even when you call your pizza in. Nice to hear a gracious voice on the other end of the line. Even my 12 yr old son said wow that guy's pretty cool after returning from picking up our pizza. True Southside staple!
One of my favorites, highly recommend their pie!
I'll never order from here again... totally disappointed... manager unwilling to help with my incorrect order... the individual who answered the phone was very nice... FOOD SUCKS... or I received a poor representation... but with the customer service I'll never return
Some of the best pizza in Chicago. A must have any time I’m back in town!
Still my most favorite pizza spot. Been eating it since a kid and I'm 43.
I wouldn’t say the food was bad but it was different. Not quite to my tastes. I don’t think I will go back but if the food was being served at a party or business meeting, I’ll eat it. The sauce was salty. The crust was different. It was sorta chalky. Reminds me of almond flour crusts that people on Keto eat. Finally the price seems off. We paid $22 for a medium thin with 2 toppings.
Ordered a stuffed pizza & appetizer combo around 5:25 with eta of an hour/five.Phone rings 45+ minutes later, 6:15 it's the phone girl claiming that card given was no good...she had the wrong expiration date. Wait so why did it take so long to determine this? Why wasn't it punched in to a cc processor right at time of order? One can only assume the card number was written down potentially compromising the account it belongs to, that's a no-no & bad business!Fast forward another hour and my guy calls back to check the status of our order, 2 hrs later still no pizza. Now the young lady claims she can't find the ticket she'll get her manager. He was on hold for 20 mins going back and forth the young lady whom was obviously were never trained on how to handle a disgruntled but loyal and frequent customer as the delivery guy shows with our order. We've spent a lot of money over a couple years time, which we don't mind because we know it's quality pizza but this situation is leaving a bad taste in our mouths. Antoinette should have a little more respect for her regular customers and the situation should've been handled immediately! We love this pizza and we love supporting our local small businesses, but the only one that was apologetic was the delivery guy who had absolutely nothing to do with the flub up.Wasn't a complete bust though, pizza was on point as usual! I'm hoping someone calls my guy back and makes it right.
