Great service and great staff!!! I would 100% recommend this restaurant to everyone!
Disappointing. Weâve been wanting to try this place for a while. We were excited about it. Food is way overpriced and quality is not worth the price. Service is probably the worse part. After we placed our order, we never saw our server again. Our plates sat on the table for the rest of our meal. Water was refilled with some smelly and Bad tasting water. Despite our request to have clean water it kept coming that way. We were not offered dessert or the bill. We had to do it electronically because no one came back again. Drinks are âokayâ. Not worth $15. Would not recommend and would not be back.
We were there with 10 people and everyone in our party enjoyed their food, the service and the ambiance. The outdoor patio is so nice, on a quiet cul-de-sac. The food was very good and everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful.
This was our first time visiting Mesa Urbana, but it certainly wonât be our last. Fabulous and inventive food, friendly service, and a great ambiance. Truly a neighborhood gem.
This was my second visit to Mesa Urbana, having had a really delightful dinner a few months ago. Sadly, this time around it was a little disappointing. It was a lovely summer evening, and the outdoor seating was busy. The result was that the servers rushed around, paying not quite enough attention. In addition the food was rushed out incredibly quickly - more as if it was fast food, than at a $90 per head meal (which is what this cost - with 3 glasses of wine between two diners, a shared appetizer and two entrees). The ceviche was tasty, as I remembered it from last time, as was my wife's salmon. I had the new menu item of lamb cutlets in a mole sauce. They were so hard to cut the glasses almost fell from the table, and the meat was chewy and not of a $45 per plate level. Frankly, it felt as if the dishes were plated up in advance, kept tepid, and rushed out to diners the moment they ordered. Overall I was taken aback and saddened at this very different feel from last time. At $90 per head I'm not sure I will be returning.
The food was outstanding!!! The staff attentive and helpful with recommendations. The guacamole is fresh and served with several different cut veggies such as jicama, cucumber and golden beets (you can ask for chips but trust me you wonât miss them!!). The shrimp ceviche is flavorful, fresh, and sends your taste buds to paradise and back again.
A mis a migas y a mi nos encanto el lugar. La atencií³n fue increíble, los meseros son muy amables y agradables. La comida deliciosa y los cí³cteles perfectos. Amamos la decoracií³n del lugar. Elegimos la mesa en el patio y el clima estuvo muy amable. Las piezas de arte que están adentro del restaurante son espectaculares. Amé este lugar.
