As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and welcomed. Our server, Apple was very attentive and nice. Our food were all delicious. Definitely we'll be back in this location.
The foods are of highest quality. The preparation and cooking are topnotch. Their service is spot on and ver friendly. Max's is the BEST!
I’ve been eating at Max’s in the Philippines since I was young and I haven’t had it in a long time so I was excited about the Chicago location. We went here for dinner and we got the tofu sisig and chicken. So good and so crispy! The service was amazing as well. Will definitely come back to eat everything else on the menu.
My husband loved the crispy pata and he preferred Max’s shrimp sinigang over mine lol… missed authentic filipino food very much and missed seeing fellow Filipinos! Thank you Max!
My family and I are Filipino, so we are familiar with many authentic dishes and cook a lot of them at home. There aren’t many Filipino restaurants out there, and sometimes we find them and aren’t very impressed. But Max’s was such a huge surprise! The food was all amazing and we were more than happy to take leftovers home.I wasn’t there when the order was placed so I don’t remember the name of every dish very well, but we ordered pork, shrimp, and fish sinagang, fried chicken, lumpia, white and garlic rice, kare kare (one of my personal favorite), pasig, and more! It was such a feast and all very well cooked. Of course, we finished it off with several orders of halo-halo!The staff was very friendly and I’m certain my family and I will be back to try even more amazing food!

Our server was amazing. The portions are a lot so come hungry. The Kare Kare was amazing. They have a special right nowFor pancit and whole chicken, crispy pata anf canton with rice for $65.00. I’ll definitely come again

It was such an amazing place to go eat at with my family. I would like to thank our server, Apple, for making my birthday special and for always checking on us if we needed anything.
