Everything about this place was just perfect. Bringing in my 30th and this the place I went to. Definitely will be back.
Our server is the main thing that took our experience down. The music and atmosphere were perfect. The appetizer we received was the best part of our meal. The burger was over cooked. The tortilla strips with the salad were stale. The “meat” seasoning for the nachos was very basic. It reminded me of gas station nachos. Loads of chips to give the illusion of plentiful topping. Our server was neglectful and forgetful. He didn’t write anything down which I’ve seen other servers do and things still turn out right. And multiple times we heard him tell patrons he was “overworked and underpaid”.
Great place but my coupon for a free appetizer wasn’t able to be used they were out ☹️ but the grilled chicken and fries were awesome!?
Definitely over priced for what you get. The margarita was very small and not that great. My frozen drink was good. The chicken fingers were good but the spinach artichoke dip was half cold and half warm and they gave us like 10 chips. Egg rolls were not very tasty either. Also, when we were getting ready to leave there was a drunk guy from the bar walking around bothering people and no one said or did anything. Would not really recommend.
My partner and I stopped in while visiting Navy Pier during our Chicago vacation and loved it so much, we went back the next night. The margarita options were plentiful and we were able to find perfect options. My partner loved The Devil I Know with Fireball and my personal favorite was the frozen one with the strawberry purée. The souvenir blenders are super cute and it's nice you can take them and walk around the pier while enjoying a drink. I do wish they had more options for appetizers just because we wanted something small to eat instead of a whole meal.
Robert was very friendly, personable, great attention to detail. Lovely smiley face. We felt relaxed and looked after. A credit to your business. He was training and didn't stress, just supporting her
Listen, this is easily one of my favorite restaurants in the world. The staff are awesome, the food is great. The precautions are being followed to a T. It's a great experience. Also, totally recommend getting the light up kids cup -- even if you are an adult!
Loved the wait staff, chef, food and drinks!!! Hard to hit home runs, but we hit one!!! Plan to return for their entrée served and cocktails.
Waitress was super nice but super slow and they were not very busy and seemed adequately staffed. When she finally came to the table to take our orders after we looked at the menu for a painfully long time, only then did she tell us that they are out of ribs, shrimp, and fish. I had to quickly choose something else so I chose the club sandwich. It was huge so I took half of it home. When I went to eat that half later I saw that the bread was completely burned! Fries were good. Key lime pie saved the day. It’s out of this world. Everyone else at the table seemed to like their food. Someone ordered the steak and it looked delicious. I wish I would have ordered that but it was $27. I paid $53 for a burnt club sandwich and fries, a side of mac and cheese, 2 pieces of pie, and a water. Gratuity is already included in the bill which could explain why there was no urgency on her part. 2 people at our table ordered cake but she only brought one claiming she didn’t hear that they each wanted a piece (which she probably didn’t because it was super loud) and by the time she brought the other piece everyone else at the table was done eating. I didn’t order a drink but 2 people at the table did and said they were good and strong. We had a party of 9 but 6 of us showed up quite a while after the other 3 were seated. It took the waitress forever to bring the bill and then she brought it out as one bill. When we asked her to split it up she said ok and started to walk away. We had to stop her so we could tell her how we wanted it split up.There are SO many options in Chicago I was just expecting a little better. We traveled over 3 hours and thought this would be a fun place. Also it’s located right next to the parking garage which was great but they keep their door open so it was freezing so dress accordingly.
This was by far not a pleasant experience. Don’t get me wrong the drinks was good and strong as well but the food absolutely not something to be excited about and the listening skills definitely need work. The atmosphere is also nice as well but I will not be returning
