This place is over priced and overrated. I bought a cheeseburger & fries for $10. The fries were cold, the burger was extra thin. Probably won't be going here again. Shake Shack tastes better(for the same amount of money)...ijs
This restaurant deserves 5 stars because it Carries some amazing hard working people. Antonio isn’t the manager but he surely manages all the restaurants just wonderful. His personality makes you want to come and have a meal or a conversation! I definitely recommend this place and I definitely recommend Antonio as one of the best employees!

This $7.99 double cheeseburger is very comparable to a $1.99 Mc Double!!! Size, flavor and all! Haven't been to this place in years and now I remember why!!! Below average!! I am very disappointed and will NOT b spending any more of my hard earned money at this place of business!

I ordered two hamburgers well done , and a order of fries... One of the hamburgers was rare, and the other one was well done but they just didn't taste like they did when they originally opened... The fries were hard as a brick ... I would have taken one of the hamburgers back but I was just too tired I was with my mother at the emergency room in the area.... So I won't be back
You just can't go wrong with M Burger Steak Burgers! The burgers are amazing! I think too often in a large city hidden gems like this go missed and Kirks is definitely the best burger place in San Jose. Kirks is a great place to get with a friend, grab a big juicy Kirks burger, a lemonade, sit outside and enjoy the day!
The lady who took my order was not that polite and her uniform shirt was dirty. I asked for a crispy chicken sandwich which was not cripsy and slighty under done, couldn't eat it all. I asked for lettuce cheese and pickles only and they put no much Mayo on my sandwich that made it soggy by the time i got to desk. Lastly I asked for cheese fries and my cheese was not warm and it was VERY salty to the point I couldn't eat it. I spent almost $14 on a lunch i couldn't eat. The only reason I didnt take it back was because my break was practically over...... Will NOT be eating here again!!!

Ordered for pickup. I arrived and noticed the order description on the bag was not my order. I asked employee if there was possibly another order with the same name. I, being the customer, was wrong for asking. Would not make correct. Even the drink was incorrect. The employee was extremely rude. I will not be back.
