Unfriendly stuff, horrible service: rude and unprofessional. Too much attitude both from our server to the hostess.Very mediocre food. Was very disappointed to bring my friend who is visited from Miami to this place. Definitely not worth the money. Would never go back

So the cava room is a side room where they put all the old people no atmosphere and low ceiling tables cramped up do not make a reservation for that room The food tasted good but not worth the hype , portions are small and the bougatsa dessert is not really a bougatsa it's puffed up filo dough with ice cream in the bottom then the server breaks apart the filo and mixes all together. May God make that a bougatsa

I’d been wanting to try Lyra since it opened. We went to celebrate a birthday and anniversary and it was the perfect choice. Will be back!!

Great food. Would’ve liked more seafood options but the food was savory. Tried things I’ve never tried before and I love that. Service was great thanks to our server Alyssia.

Awesome Experience. One of the best meals out we’ve had in a long time. Couldn’t recommend enough. The portions are very large so keep that in mind, especially when ordering mains. Our group shared two starters and two mains. It was plenty!

Food was outstanding. The watermelon salad, calamari and lamb chops were are favorite. We’ll definitely go back. We like the modern decor, energetic music and good looking/dressed up crowd. After dinner we enjoyed a few more drinks at the bar, which gets packed later in the night. There was a line outside trying to get in starting around 10:00.

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. For sure I will go back again!

We had a 1:45PM reservation for a Saturday brunch. Their last reservation is at 2:00PM. The hostess proceeded to sit us between two 4-tops; one table was seated with 4 people, the other side, with only 2 people. We saw that on the other side, there was an empty 4-top. Thought it'll be nicer if my husband and I can seat next to each other and look out into the rest of the restaurant. When I asked if we could seat there, the hostess says that its reserved for a larger party. There was another 4-top on the other side of the hostess stand that was ready to be cleaned. Thought about asking for that but decided to just take the 2-top. It was almost 2:20PM and the 4-top we originally asked for is still empty. the other 4-top we saw behind the hostess stand is now cleaned and empty. Meanwhile, I finished my main but my husband's main dish has still not arrived. What made the experience far worse is that the woman right next to my husband at the 4-top next to us had the loud high pitch voice that you can hear at the other end of the restaurant. It was an extremely annoying and frustrating situation. Finally, around 2:35PM, when the waiter came by again to apologize about my husband's dish being so late, I asked him if we can moved to the 4-top that we originally wanted because it was so loud next to us. Have never done that before but it was truly unbearable. The whole experience was just absolutely miserable! Our waiter was very accommodating and immediately moved us. We immediately felt better! Around 2:50PMish, my husband's dish finally came out. When we were leaving around 3:11PM, the manager comped his dish and the donuts. It was very thoughtful gesture. But the whole time, after the torturous experience, I kept thinking about that rude hostess. That hostess' behaviors is the exact thing about popular restaurants that I hate. The food was good enough but not amazing. Definitely not worth the attitude and the torture. Will not be going back!

Food was delicious and service was awesome

So the food was very good, but that was it. Service was not good for brunch. they have expos that are supposed to bring the food out to the table when the orders are complete, or atleast in a fashion that makes sense. expos are supposed to make sure the ticket has all or most of the items ready to bring to the table before bringing out the order. We got one plate of our brunch, then we saw our second plate get brought to the table right next to us that ordered after us. We waited almost 15 minutes before our next dish came out, which the server told us the reason was because the kitchen just got hit with a bunch of tickets, and that was not the case since it was not even busy at all. Then when it came out, it did not have the egg that we asked for on top of it because it was served with the egg to table next to us and we got their dish. We wanted to tell our server they forgot our egg, but she disappeared for 10 minutes, so then when we saw her and told her, she brought us an egg which by that time we were almost done with our food. Lastly the portions were told that they are shareable portions and would feed 2 people, which they were barely a meal for one each. Overall liked the food a lot, but everything else was sub par at best. I want to say this isnt the norm at a place like this and that we may have been unlucky, but regardless there seems to need to be a little more focus on the service
