The staff is incredibly rude and unkind. Quite frankly, I was shocked because Every experience I’ve ever had at a LUSH store has been wonderful. I will not be returning here.
Great place for soaps and such, natural, interesting fragrances for the soaps and washes. Unique shop far better than any box store.
Front of store associate was a bit frantic about Covid protocols i felt … not calm at all? (Even though I had a proper mask on and used sanitizer)But store has the usuals. The team was able to find the perfect product for me. Also loved the face masks on ice for sampling.
Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to buy anything! Lady on the door treated me rude and unfriendly. Never come back!!
