The new menu ideas are really good. I've tried them all. Not one occasion. Lovely services as always.
The waitress was so rude. They bought me fish that looked like it was still in water. When I advised waitress I needed to order something and I apologize, she comes to table and says. I don't want another voice so let me let you know we are out of cran raisins. I allowed my date to finish his food and said no thank you.
Service was great and so was the food. Fast service and the coffee compared to Starbucks. My 1st visit.If I'm ever in the area again, I'd come here to eat.Celebrating with classmate that we passed our Mortuary Science exams. Now on to graduation!I even helped to save a life in the restaurant. God placed me in the right place at the right time!God is Good!
Went here today and I was enjoying myself until the lady with 2 girls were at the table next to me saw roaches in her booth. She called the waiter over and pointed it out. He act like he didn’t see the roach and she told him that he just killed it. This was my first and last time. Definitely won’t be back! Disgusted! Lumes on Western!
The cook did not know how to make a proper omelet. I received what closely resembled a frittata. The vegetables were raw and unseasoned. No time or effort was given to sautéing or seasoning anything. The server was great. The high prices do not reflect the poor quality, overall lack of attention to detail, and lack of effort from the ownership and staff. I am severely disappointed.
Good food, excellent service, and not a long wait time no matter when I go. They get you in, get you serviced, and get you your check. And they aren't pushy if you decide to hang around.
I love this place! The food is really good. I usually get steak and eggs Greek style. They seat you pretty fast even when it’s crowded.
For many years I have always loved this restaurant and was looking forward to a delicious post mother's day brunch. While the customer service is still great the food was not. My bacon was overcooked.. Potatos undercooked and myscrambled eggs with cheese consisted of eggs with a slice of cheese laid on top?. I felt like I should go help the cook!! I said something but didn't send the food back because I didn't want to make the cook mad. I don't know if I'll return.
I have to say Lume’s was a great surprise find! Being from Kenosha just across the boarder it was a great place to stop and the service was amazing! Beverly goes above and beyond to make sure we had a great time stopping through and enjoy the experience that is Lume’s! Will definitely recommend to friends when they are driving through the area.
I'm a Lume's fan in general - this one is really good. Folks here are super nice, service is great, and the food is top notch. They make the best banana Nutella crepes. ?
