I’m not sure why the negative reviews. I bought some on sale tops here a few weeks ago and they reduced the price because one had makeup on it. And then I came in yesterday to ask about the quality policy my leggings had formed tiny holes below the seams and they offered to replace them which I got new leggings. They are dog friendly and every time I came in the people working weren’t the same but good customer service all around. It is a tiny location just fyi.
Do not buy anything at Lululemon, they will not accept returns on anything despite what they say about their policies. Stephanie who is the supervisor is rude and unhelpful. Very dismissive.
Stumbled upon this store while in Fulton Market District. Small but well stocked. Staff was awesome. Dispina(sp?) helped us and she was the best. Went out of her way to call other stores on sizes. Spent so much time with us. Will definitely go back
I needed to buy my wife a birthday gift and when it comes to clothes shopping I am absolutely useless. Zack (Zach sp?), assisted me from the moment I walked in and was EXTREMELY helpful as well as professional. I expected a hour or more of clueless frustrated wandering but he made the experience so positive I was in and out in 20min. The store is extremely inviting and, as best I can tell, the products are top notch. The entire staff also knew the entire ins and outs of the products which helped because I was only able to give descriptions of my wife, I had no sizes or anything.I HIGHLY recommend shopping here if you need some good active ware. I will absolutely be heading back the next time we need anything.Guys, they will help you find something for your Ladies, they managed to help even me.

Unfortunately, I recently had the opportunity to shop at this Lululemon for the first time. All I can say is that the experience was terrible. I was attacked by one of the nastiest workers I have ever met to the point that I called corporate (which I never do). Other than the terrible customer service and nasty employees, the selection is very limited and dated for a Lululemon. I would just save your time and go to one of their other stores in the city.
Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at any Lululemon store. Lululemon just lost a customer today.
