Just worked with Aaron. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. He had good advice on colors, sizes and what type of pant I should get. He also gave me a bunch of recommendations for cool bars and restaurants. Thanks Aaron!
Great sports clothing store with something I found a plus upon my visit. They have a great Cafe on the second floor with great food and drinks.Totally surprised to see a locally made kombucha in glass bottles sold there.Kombuchade Kombucha is made in Chicago and this establishment likes to support local vendors.Be sure to check out the Cafe on your trip here.
My expectations were high since this is dubbed the “new massive Lululemons in Chicago”, but coming to the store for the first time was underwhelming. Don’t get me wrong the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Also my review is only about the variety of items. I’m just disappointed in the selection of the gear available at this store. I’ll be going back to the store at Gold Coast. ✌️
Super beautiful store! The staff does an incredible job of keeping the sales floor looking pristine. Very helpful also!
I am curious to try some Lululemon products. However, I was so disappointed when I came in. The moment I stepped into the store. Staffs were gathering and talking to each other. While I approached to ask about the items I am looking for, staffs are ignorant and one guy helped me to check. He checked the wrong items and told me, the item I was looking for it isn't available. Security is always starring at me. All made me uncomfortable, unwelcomed and unhelpful... horrible experience. I prefer Lululemon on 167 N Sangamon St, so friendly, helpful and professional.
I needed help amending a large transaction — returns, exchanges and hemming. Yasmin went out of her way to help me with all of the above! Also, the store offers validated parking which is nice.
Shopped here recently for the first time and had a wonderful sales associate, Michelle assist. I was impressed by the larger display of clothing than I’ve seen at other locations of the brand which meant more sizes were also available in store. Michelle was fantastic. So knowledgeable, knew the stock, even offered to pull together looks and options so I can come in later to save time. I wasn’t impressed by the some of the other staff who clearly were not interested in the customers wandering around but Michelle was a stand out. Was surprised she wasn’t the manager.
I'm rating this store five stars because I cannot give it six. The staff was incredibly helpful today with an item issue that I had through an online sale. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Shannon and the other educator I worked with today - I'm sorry I didn't get her name - she was wearing a PSU sweatshirt. They were both incredibly helpful and patient as I explained the issues that I was having and we ended up getting the resolution that I wanted. It was an amazing customer experience. This definitely wasn't my first time in the store and it won't be the last. I'm sure the other lululemon stores in Chicago are fine but I will make this one my first choice from now on. Happy Holidays!
Stopped through here to play a secret Sofar show on a mellow rainy day in October, right before the Halloween weekend. I parked in the garage and it saved me from getting soaked- definitely recommend using the parking if you don’t have the time to look for street parking which can be limited around here. The atmosphere on the second floor was mostly one of an end of the day lull mixed with the anticipation of a show that was about to take place in the large movement room with a full floor to ceiling mirror that helps make the space look well lit and spacious.Really enjoyed my cappuccino from the Coffee, Hip-Hop and Mental Health pop up shop- definitely recommend checking them out and their pop up events there.Hope to visit again soon and snag a hoodie and a brew and take a class.
Amazing place with everything you neee
