The space itself is beautiful and they have a great menu of snack options. They fall short on service. During a rain delay for the Cubs game we waited 45 minutes for an appetizer to exit the kitchen. There was one bartender for the entire facility and the waitstaff were unprepared for the large crowd of people. If they could get their staffing and service sorted out, they would be a great destination.

After a game I didn't want to be in a mobbed filled bar of people but wasn't ready to head in yet. Stopped in just to take a peek & it was enjoyable. I really wish I could remember the spunky yet charismatic bar tender bc she made it worth it. Ambience was nice, a bit touristy but hey, it's Chicago. Great place to get away without getting mobbed or surrounded by overserved drunks. Thanks!

They are very good on customer service always making sure you have what you need. 100% value for money! Food was good. Kids had an amazing time bowling & then the amazing part is they have the games arcade on the same floor & that combo kids love a lot.! The bar for parents is great too. Parking is an issue esp if there's a Cubs game.... It gets really tough. But overall I recommend this location

This place is so much fun. Danielle was an amazing server, recommended the best options, and their gluten free pizza made our food sensitive friends super happy. I loved bowling and using the arcade games! They have pool tables and delicious drinks. We ordered a bottle of wine while bowling, and I’d recommend you do the same! Highly recommend for all ages!

Man, I always have a blast coming to this place. Haven't had the food yet but I've seen their burgers. Looks good. Maybe one day I'll try them.Fun games for all members of the family. 'Reasonable' ticket costs for prizes at arcade. And the pricing for reloads don't break pockets. The amount of pay to credits is pretty fair and each reload package asks you to slap a couple of few dollars for a 'fair amount' of small credits. Oh, and I do see them wiping things down often as well. ?? Five stars for sure.

First time here and probably my last. Terrible service. We ordered a nacho, and when the waitresses came back we asked her about it and she completely ignored our question. I had to ask her 3 times about the said nacho, then she told me she thought I ordered it with someone else. I asked her why she thought that and she responded with, "I don't know". Ordered 1 drink, she took forever to return to even ask us if we needed anything else. The place itself seems pretty cool, but the service is terrible. She(waitress) came to our table to ask if the burger we ordered was delivered. There is no food on the table!!

First time at this location last night on a Sunday. It wasn’t crowded, a lot of gaming options (loved ping pong and the arcade). Fun time!Having said that, I would never recommend this place for service unless that was just an off night for EVERY employee. Aimlessly stood in front of the host desk waiting for someone to greet us and tell us how we go about gaming. Saw employees standing outside the kitchen looking at us and assumed this just wasn’t their department. No one was behind the bar either. We finally see a guy manning the arcade area and ask him about ping pong. He comes out and gets one of the girls by the kitchen (young, petite, long and dark wavy hair) who had idly watched us looking around as we obviously did not know what to do. If I saw a manager on the floor at all, he/she was very unsuspecting. That’s a bit of a downer with service overall.

Lucky Strike Wrigley was okay. The one downtown Chicago location is much better. The facility was clean and not crowed, however it was a Thurday afternoon. I played pool and there where only two pool tables which were connected to the arcade. This location is right across the street from Wrigley Field and close to the metro link. The drink was average and the fries were great.

great place to hang out watch the game great food and drinks awsome atmosphere come on in hang out during bowl and game.
