Not really sure where to start. I personally don't consider myself a veteran bowler, but I've bowled enough to know when the lanes are not high quality. The lanes here, at least the ones we used, veered to either side. That wasn't even the main problem we experienced. There was a technical issue with the balls returning on our lane. It took at least 30 minutes of our play time for them to troubleshoot until they gave up eventually and moved us to another lane. They only added 10 minutes to our time which was laughable. All in all, some of the staff we interacted with weren't very attentive or respectful which left a bad taste in my mouth. Not worth the amount of money to bowl in a substandard bowling alley.I give it 2 stars instead of 1 because I still enjoyed being with friends. Plus, The Office was on the TV at the time, which is always a good thing.

Enjoyed playing pool as well as darts. This place and clean and very well maintained. It was not crowed on a Tuesday afternoon. Employees were friendly and helpful.

It was my first time here and it was one of the worst experiences. We waited ten minutes until we finally got a server to attend us. He smelled like alcohol and was just touching all our plates and napkins. He dropped the water and made a bigger mess cleaning it up and didn't bring anymore napkins. The women's bathroom was so bad. All the stalls were locked. And the only one that was open had no light. The bathroom sinks were super dirty and water everywhere. It was so disappointing I will not be coming back. Although it looks very big and fancy not worth it. I didn't even feel comfortable eating the food because who knows if he was touching that as well. And another thing I wore my mask and after telling me one time about it I feel like he kept making it a joke like oh I'm not going to get near,or I'll put my mask.

Absolutely perfect place for a date night or a small group of friends. From darts, pool table, bowling alley 2 bars and plenty of space. Simply love that atmosphere. Food is nothing to write home about. But sliders and wings good. Now parking is tricky u have to park in the underground garage for the AMC theater next door. Make sure you validate the ticket asap. But definitely will be back sooner then later

We reserved what we thought was 2 bowling lanes for 1.5 hours for 8 people. We were only given one lane for 8 people and our time was cut short of the 1.5 hours we paid for. The cashier was rude and seemed very bothered that we asked her standard questions as it was our first time there. While we waiting for our “lanes” we went to grab a bite. We sat our selves and after 15 minutes, David came out with menus and told us he had a family emergency and could not serve us. He instructed us to go to the bar and order our food. I thought it was very odd we could not get another server but we complied. When we got to the bar, the staff told us we would have to come back to the bar as they could not bring our food to the table. They did not notify us that our food was there so we had to walk up and ask. While we waited to ask we literally saw them taking food and drinks to tables yet we were told they couldn’t do that for us. All of our food was cold. We had no silverware no napkins, not even water. The best part of the night was that we were seated for about two hours and the entire time we saw David serving every single table around us besides ours despite the fact that he had a family emergency 2 hours ago. The experience here was an absolute horror for our group and we will never be returning. Please do not waste a good night here.

This place is obviously known for bowling but what most people don't know is there are electronic dart boards behind the main bar, and these are real dart boards with real metal tipped darts. (Pic attached) five different game modes you can play for veterans or rookies.I always like coming here on a rainy day so we can play pool, bowl, and play darts. It's always easy to get to do an activity even if you have to wait for a bit, but always have fun for a date night or for a group.

Cool spot with lots of activities for everyone. Came for a work happy hour and they took good care of us. Bowling balls and pool tables are in pretty rough shape, but the party atmosphere makes it very fun.

Lack of staff prevented the usual service I have received at Lucky Strike. I know this is due to Covid illness. However, I will definitely go back. The food and service is usually great!

I patronized Lucky Strike downtown Chicago on 12/17 for a birthday celebration. I had a mixture of adults and children in my group. Upon arrival the attendee at the front desk said about a 30 minute wait for one lane then changed it and said definitely no longer than an hour wait. With the wait time given majority of my party decided to go to the game room. We were called for our lanes pretty quickly, but unfortunately our bowling time started immediately while still rounding up my party. Then we struggled to input names and couldn’t find anyone to help us out. We missed about 15 minutes of our bowling time. Our game cut off at round 7 for one lane and round 8 for the second lane. Immediately upon getting settled in the lanes I order 3 pitchers of drinks. About 15 minutes later I placed a good order, my order arrived within 30 minutes but 2 of the 3 pitchers did not arrive at my table until after my bowling time was up due to not having any clean dishes in the kitchen. As my party was sitting and eating another party walks up because the front desk attendant placed them at our lanes. We were then rushed away to a random table. Yes the manager gave me a discount on 1 food receipt but I had 2 separate food receipts and I also spent all most $300 on an hour and half on bowling but really only bowled for 45 minutes. We end up taking our cake home for happy birthday. I expected to leave happy and satisfied with the money I spent which was a total of a little over $400. I feel my money could have been better spent and appreciated more at another establishment.

Good, clean, cute place. We didn't try any food, just played games and had beer. Spacious so you are not in each others face and crowd is good too. Bowling lines are spread out and shoes are in pretty good shape.
