We arrived at 10.30pm with our 2 daughters after the theatre. All the staff was very nice. We asked for the food. When we got to the Bar, we had the worst experience of our lives in terms of service - the bartender got annoyed with our foreign accent and very rudely refused to serve alcoholic drinks whilst he kept serving others. After being asked to reconsider by the rest of the staff he kept his stubborn attitude and we left without eating or drinking. People like this shouldn't be allowed to work with public! I am a mother of 6, wanted to feed my family and was treated like if I was a drunk person disturbing the restaurant. It was humiliating for me and my family. The rest of the staff also felt ashamed and apologised a lot, returning the already paid money.

Great service and food. The crab tasted and looked a bit old so there wasn't a lot of meat but the overall quality of the serving was good. The drinks didn't really stand out, pretty basic mixes that tasted like watered down alcohol.

I’m from Maryland, so I don’t usually try seafood from other areas as it’s just not the same. The hotel clerk recommended this place so we decided to go. From the time we walked in, the experience was warm inviting and friendly. Pepsi recommended eating at the bar for the full experience. We had the shrimp and crab leg bags with everything sauce and we were pleasantly surprised. The music playing was great 90s-2000s RB Hip Hop, which I LOVED. Everyone was friendly and the food came out quickly. I would highly recommend!

Had the crab legs and lobster tail with everything sauce and heat level 3. Sauce was okay just too much garlic that after awhile it makes your tongue burn. Would go again ??

Decent price for seafood boil and very satisfying / good quality!Loved the airy vibe and spacious seating.Reminded me of a “serve yourself” style of dining, so just more casual than other boil joints I’ve visited.

The quality of the food is AMAZING! Best seafood I’ve had in Chicago. The customer service is just as good as the flavor. Everyone there is nice, Tristan the bartender is one of my favorites. He created an amazing environment for me and my family my first day in Chicago! 10/10 would recommend.

My friend and I ate at this location for the first time and I must say the wait time was extremely reasonable. We received a text once our table was ready. The overall food was good we got the snow crab cluster w/ shrimp, corn and potatoes. As for the drinks they was amazing I was honestly surprised that had Amaretto Sour available a lot for restaurants don’t have that. I would definitely go again.

Crawfish and crab legs!!! I make my own crawfish boils and If I’m feeling lazy and in Chicago, this is my spot!! Love how much garlic they use!! (I’m Asian we love garlic). My advice to anyone coming here is, SKIP LUNCH and come straight here at 5!!! They get busy quick and don’t do reservations. Drinks are great too!!! Love that they have sinks outside the bathrooms to wash up after getting sauce all over myself. And yes I eat like a child.

I've been here a total of 3 times, what a great place! One suggestion for new guest is to arrive as soon as they open because they're pretty popular in the area. The bag was so full in my build a bag I left with almost a full meal to eat later at home. Try this place if you love seafood boil bags.

My personal experience was great. We were able to be as messy as we needed to be while eating without feeling judged. The prices were great for the amount of food we received and the service was excellent. We didn't have to wait long at all for our orders. I will definitely be returning back!
