Always make a stop at least one stop at logan arcade when im in Chicago. More of a dive bar than some of the other barcades in Chicago, but that's part of what makes it so great and they have Killer Queen. If you are lucky you can get some tamales from the tamale man and a performance by their animatronic dog Rush cover band "Ruff". It is a true treat.

awesome place for a fun date

Great selection of well-maintained games. Good selection of non-alcoholic beverages (green tea, hop water, topo!). Crowd-type varies from one night to the next but is rarely annoying. Inclusive place where you can be who you are, whomever that may be.

Good bar and a fun place! Great selection of games! Definitely smelled a lot of B.O. in there, but a couple drinks in and that was no longer an issue!

Loved the experience here. Vintage look to it. Really nice staff. Lot of arcade games. No food on Sun and Mon from what I was told, but a Tamale guy does come by and the tamales are delicious.

I had an opportunity to visit Logan Arcade with my boyfriend as part of his birthday celebration and we had the most AMAZING time! This place is so fun and fantastic, with so many games to choose from! They also have a vegan food menu, which is so delicious!

An arcade in the bones of a hardware store that has everything you’re looking for.My one criteria for a barcade is that they have a Tapper machine. After walking in and showing our ID and proof of vaccination, we immediately did a lap to see what was on offer. We saw pinball machines lining the wall all the way to the back as well as many classic machines. I had not caught sight of Tapper and was dismayed. As I was checking out a game, I heard someone behind me say, “Where is that beer game?” I responded enthusiastically with, “Do you mean Tapper?” He confirmed and we began searching but again came up short. Resigned to the machine being missing, I instead focused on enjoying what they did have. Our group played a round of Pac-Man Battle Royale and that was a blast. I then played a round of Crazy Taxi while my wife enjoyed Mario Kart next to me. We found a Japanese cabinet with the wildest games you’ve ever played. Lindsey played one where she had to pluck out chin hairs to a rhythm. I had to hit baseballs while the camera changed perspective frequently. That was a blast and I would love to try more another time. While hanging out our Chicago guides alerted us that local legend, Tamale Guy, was making rounds through the bar.As I was looking for another pinball machine to play, I noticed the man I searched for Tapper with playing a game and lo and behold it was Tapper! I walked up and exclaimed that he found it. He finished his round and then it was my turn on the sticks. It felt good to be home and the game interestingly ran a little fast. After adjusting to the environment, I settled in and tapped the top of the high scores and placed “KEG” in the number one spot. This tapped off an amazing night with the best company.

I appreciated the variety of games and beverages here, specifically the great draft & can/bottle beer list. Plus they checked our vaccination cards which put me at ease spending time here. Will be back!

Twisted metal is free! Adams family pinball is a good one too. Can we get Dig Dug, Rampage, or Gauntlet?

It’s the best arcade bar in Chicago by far. The selection and condition of the pinball machines and video arcade games are excellent! The staff is super-cool. The bar selection is extensive and excellent. I’m glad they have an attendant at the door checking vax cards and that this place attracts a crowd that respects masking when not drinking, and overall a socially safe space. ?
