The Value is not there for the quality of the food and amount of food. Our appetizer was cold and tasted like it was microwaved. Actually witness an employee help himself to a French fry from a plate of food that was going out to a customer. My stay at the hotel was great but my dinner experience was sub-par to say the least.
For the price point I was expecting a little fancier. Arriving from the pier side it lacks a proper entrance, feels like a back service doorway. Great view of the fireworks on Saturday night.
There were tons of biting flies that were extremely irritating. My dish was cooked very well. However, for the price I did not feel the value.
Food was not nice. Had lobster roll, Mac and cheese and burger. Ate the minimum to fuel up but didnât enjoy any of it.

It was overpriced for mediocre food
Great views of the boats, River and skyline. Good food with great service. Uniquely positioned on Navy Pier with lots of people watching included.
Seafood overcooked , dry, overcooked. The chicken was good. Guacamole had no flavor , salsa not rememberable. Price 140 for 30 worth of flavor
