I've been going to this herbal vitamin store for the past three years when I was living in Evanston. I didn't mind traveling on public transit to get to the store which takes an hour for me to get there. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I don't mind traveling long-distance for superb customer service that goes the extra mile.
So glad I finally decided to go in to this store, I found exactly what I needed and was given much information about what I was buying. The staff was so friendly I cant wait to go back
A truly amazing store, and selection, so much so it took me about 20 minutes to admit I couldn’t find the Vetiver, Boron, and Ylang Ylang I came in for. That was all on me, the shelves are very organized, I just walked past them a few times. Although, I could have spent another hour wondering, I picked up a few 50% of clearance items, and due to a great selection, I kept finding items I long forgot about. Then the best part was after asking for assistance, the knowledge and personal attention I was given was above and beyond, taking the time to insist I sample the oils and ask questions, all without any hint of “trying to make a sale”, none. So, IMO…. the people who run the store make it an Exceptionally special place, then come to find out the guy was a retired MD.
I absolutely adore everyone who works here and their knowledge of the products. A gem in our neighborhood that I recommend to everyone and somewhere I go often.
Lifespring is my go to!! I cannot thank the gentlemen who run this store enough. Theu answr all my questions are extremely friendly and know everything about each product in the store. This place was fantastic! They had a large selection with great prices, I got a vegan protein powder (which is delicious) and I asked an employee about their tea options for a specific ailment, bought both recommendations, and I like them very much. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable, and the owner was super sweet - he's owned & operated the store for over 40 years! He gave me a blender bottle for being a first time customer, and I will definitely be back! I'd been looking for a small business health store instead of buying from big corporations online and I'm very happy to have found this place :)
