You must try this paleteria when you are in town. Just amazing paletas. What's a paleta? Ice cream bars, frozen juice bars, frozen minced fruit bars. Just wonderful mixtures on a stick. I think they also had regular ice cream. The paletas are divine! Very affordable. The service was quick and informative. They had sooo many options. My favorite is the mango with chile. You must stop here. We will return next time we are in the Chicago area.
Good customer service, every time I go the girls do great under pressure, and if you pay cash they give you a discount.

Fantastic ice cream. Traditional Mexican flavors. Lots of dairy free options. They have savory snacks too. Freindly staff, great prices, shirt wait. Everyone wore a COVID mask. It felt very safe and very welcoming. I will definitely return
Bad experience never going back again i ask for a icecream and lady grabs the cone with here bare hands and pulling it out grabbing the inside of my cone and then goes and charge me !! Nasty lady
I wish there was a option where you could put zero stars. The worker's didn't wear gloves. The manager kept belittling customers, giving horrible attitude to customers and kept saying she was more important. She also said that everyone's attiude must be fixed instead of gers, she also said she had the right to not sell you your orders. Si quiere q la gente vaya a comprar tiene q cambiar su attitudo, como dicen el cliente tiene la razon. Nayeli hernandez tiene q cambiar su comportamiento a sus clientes.
Today I had a very bad experience with the person who attended me. Terrible attitude! The person wasn’t wearing gloves and the place didn’t look sanitized. We had to wait too long to be taken care of. I’m never coming here again.
Horrible experience. I’ve never left a review before, but this place deserved a bad review because they had a horrible attitude, they took 20 minutes to make 3 mangoneadas, and they had no gloves. They might as well grab the ice cream with their hands. Will not be coming back again.
