Store has many favorite ice cream flavors among the Spanish community. They also offer other forms of snacks such as chips added with nacho cheese and milkshakes. Reason for 1 stats.During busy hours, the wait can be up to 30m-1hr. They only have 2 people managing 30+ people. A shop shouldn't have the same amount of employees on a dead weekday vs a packed weekend. One was in the back to worried bout fixing the music playing through their small speaker when there was 30+ plus in line.
Everything is delicious! I just hate how overworked the employees are. Sometimes only 2 people for like 30 customers! Owners need to do better! The location on Milwaukee and addison also! No good!
The girls that work there always have an attitude, even when we tip. Everything is good, the staff must be under paid n over worked. Cuz u can just tell they hate their job
They need to hire more people to take care of the everyday big line. Someone waited an hour to order. It's a great place for food and ice cream but this location lacks more team members to help speed up the orders. Hopefully management makes a change.
This place is really messing up more than usual.. these are the longest waiting times I've experienced.. only 2 people attending to 10+ customers at a time on any given day.. not worth the visit at all.. what a shame because my girl used to love this spot.. ??

I love these place but this is the 3rd time I come and they don't have fresas con crema ?? only frozen ones -_- I don't want frozen strawberries....... I'm pregnant an this is the only place I like fresas con cremas but they always out.
