This place is really aesthetic if you want to take pictures ! (Mirrors on the wall, patio with a lot of green, ...)I ordered the hot chocolate with soy milk. It literally tastes like melted chocolate and it was a little bit too thick for me, not easy to drink...The cookies are really good!
I paid over $80 these “elephants”. These DO NOT LOOK LIKE elephants. What a terrible surprise when I watched my wife unbox her gift.
Get drunk on all things chocolate here!! Reminded me of my day’s at the Harvard Square location but this location is more chill, bright and with a cafe style ambiance. Great customer service. Definitely try more than 1 cake at a time. With the reasonable price for each slice, try a variety of different cakes for an exquisite experience.
Adorable, decadent chocolates and pastries. The pistachio cake is bomb.A little pricey, but worth it. Also makes for perfect gifts.
Stopped by after work and was overwhelmed with the selection they had to offer. They have the cutest mouse and penguins chocolates.Michelle helped me out and she was so kind, she made the experience so much better. I will return just for her. She put in the extra effort to package my bag beautifully and my friend and I appreciated her so much for it. She really cares about giving a great customer experience and people like her is what I look for as a customer. Thank you again, Michelle!
This is a must visit place. The chocolate was extraordinarily good, the pastries were just delicious: ordered chocolate and orange cake and the lemon cheesecake with a herbal tea. The server that assisted us was so kind, polite and knowledgeable. We also tried some of the chocolates and they were amazing. Mint and raspberry ones! You will never forget this place
Very nice relaxing ambience. Friendly and patient staff. Too many unique mouth drooling treats to choose from. We enjoyed the LA Burdick's staple treat, Peru Hot Chocolate, and gooey soft chocolate chip cookie!

I’m visiting the area and just wandered in. They had a wonderful selection of chocolate and warm drinks. I had an excellent cup of warm rooibos tea and a raspberry chocolate chip cookie. Perfect on a chilly day. As I left, I was given a little chocolate and it really made my day. I recommend this store.
Used to visit regularly in Boston before I moved out of there. Was visiting Chicago and was glad to see they have opened here.Their Burdick hot milk chocolate is my favorite! Got 2 cups and I can’t ask for better on a cold day!!The cleaning staff is excellent ! Get your masks on and be at peace knowing that every table and chair is being disinfected after each use.
