Simple, elegant space with impeccable yet down-to-earth service made this date night experience a win. I enjoyed a sake pairing and explorative flight, and my husband the sazerac flight (cocktail, component, component) and simple yet balanced Campari Soda. Food highlights included a pristine maki bite featuring Washugyu tenderloin tartare and quail yolk jam, cod wings showered with yuzu zest, and a perfect bracelet of oysters with melon mignonette.

Amazing cocktail selections with generous pours. Recommend Cloud Hopper - creamy and refreshing at the same time and it's not too sweet. Food is alright, not the highlight at this place, and tbh a bit overpriced for the quality. Suggest having some snacks/light dinner beforehand. However, the milk toast is phenomenal!
