Reviews stating how overly sweet the cakes, cookies were are not exaggerating. We all like sugar unfortunately but the cookies were sooo overloaded with sugar, we couldn’t even eat them.
I live in Texas, came down to chicago for a Birthday party , and HOLY SMOOKKKEESSS. BEST TRES LECHES CAKE EVER !!!! Amazing cake cannot praise enough.

This family owned business is here to stay! They have the best cakes around. The tres leches is my favorite. They also make corn tamales that Are my favorite! I hope they can bring that back

Making my rounds of trying all these tres leches, nothing but perfect, hands down the best I’ve had, coconut is beyond amazing, still going to try the others though! Reading these reviews some people are funny claiming the cake is “too sweet” etc I’ve served a whole party this cake not one person had anything negative to say, it’s “cake” when is it not sweet? Maybe you can go find a “sugar free” bakery, keep up the great job you guys are amazing!!
Hi im cookie and me and my husband .went 2day i didnt give up we had went on sunday and then on monday but they close on those days. Well i went bak for the 3rd time. I dont go bak usualy bcuzz im disabled and omg!! So glad i the cakes were soooooo good the coconut one and the choco flan out of this world. And such wonderfull people .omg! U got 2 goooo. They open for a few years and tbere store and equipment look like they opend yesterday.

Came from whiting all the way here due to a TikTok and my goddddd! My husband scuffed down a slice of their amazing coconut tres leches cake and sent me for more before we even left the parking spot! I 100% recommend! The staff is amazingly friendly and their cake top they gave us was to die for.
