Krispy Kreme should just give up on having any locations in Chicago if this is the only one they have. I got there around 4pm and they say they run out of donuts as early as 2pm even though they close at 5pm. In a sketchy basement too so don't go here unless you have to or need to redeem a reward.

Almost walked out. Nearsighted, but nowhere else we had this problem. Letters are too small to see flavors. Nicely asked for cashier’s help. Got told "you get what you see". Only photo zooming helped.

Ok, went there this last Saturday and everything (donuts and drinks) was delicious, but... almost walked out without ordering anything and still not sure why did I even bother to order. Although both me and my son have a bad eyesight, everywhere else we have no problem seeing the print once we walk up really close to a counter. But this time the letters were so small and not bright and that wall was so far from the counter, that we could decipher only the categories of drinks and NOT what flavors do they have. Looked around to see if there are any paper menus to read instead, but there was nothing. So I nicely asked the cashier if she could help us and told her the reason. Her answer was "you get what you see". I understand it's not her job to read the flavors to me, but it's not that hard to be just slightly helpful instead of just doing the bare minimum with an attitude... Then somehow we realized to take a photo and to use zoom in order to see (which should not be the only solution... people's phones could be out of batteries, cameras malfunctioning, etc.). So we placed an order, but had to repeat everything really slowly to her two times, because my very slight accent seemed to inconvenience her (I myself work in customer service too, but when I sometimes need to ask someone to repeat it due to someone's accent, I ask it nicely, not with an attitude...)

Went in at 12:30pm and they were completely closed yet I could see donuts in the display case. Website says open until 5. Worst service ever

Came twice here.1st day: I came 10mins before closing and they said “We’re closed!” in very unprofessional manner.2nd time: Came normal business hours, it still looked close as you can see in photos. No food for display. Only 1 donut option available (Glazed). Still thought of having it but they didn’t have any to-go bags. Just a sheet of paper to hold it.

I have gone to Krispy Kremes across the country and always had excellent service. However the woman who waited on us at this one today was the most rude, inconsiderate, condescending person I’ve ever met and I hope she finds her true calling in life because working with people is NOT it! She acted like we were stupid and were inconveniencing her. I know times are tough and it’s hard to find help but with staff members like this, you’d be better off closing down! ? The doughnuts were good though, which is why I gave it a 2 star rating.

Haven't been able to order lattes in weeks because the machine is not working. They always try to look closed an hour and a half before they actually do with zero donuts on display. Lazy.

Awful! I placed a catering order for St. Patrick's Day for our office 2 days in advance, and a representative from the North State location calls an hour before the delivery is supposed to be made to cancel the order. That does not even give me enough time to search and order back up celebratory desserts. This is the WORST experience I have ever had. ZERO stars to this business and location!
