I really like this location. I went to Nordstrom to get a toner, but they didn’t have it so they sent me here. I was able to get the toner and the woman gave me a bunch of samples! (Always appreciated) I ended up not liking the toner, and with Kiehls you are able to return it if it doesn’t suit you which is amazing. When I went back to return, the computers were broken and I was standing there for a while before they could help me, but they were so nice and kept talking to me to pass the time. I appreciated it greatly. They took care of me even though I didn’t have the receipt so that was even better! The ladies were friendly and I definitely will go back when I need more!

i have been shopping with the kiehl"s brand for several years and i have also been shopping at this store for almost the same amount.At the time of this review i went in to pick up some travel sized products As stated i have been shopping there long enough to know where everything is, when i walked in i and was eye balled by register lady and the black guy with braids after walking to products i was looking for, the black guy with braids asked me in a pretty rude tone can i help you?! really wish i could have recorded how he spoke to me because it really came off as he didn't want me there. maybe my standards are too high since i am in the customer service industry, but i am not asking for red carpet i am just asking be treated with a little respect.
The store was kept very nicely by the staff. Stephanie helped me; she was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I gave her details about what I needed and she picked products for me that would suit my needs!

It’s always such a great experience coming here. I know I could easily order Kiehl’s online or purchase in a department store but I always come here when I need something because the staff are extremely helpful and friendly and will go the extra mile to help you find the right products. Such great customer service
The staff was really helpful and friendly, and took the time to suggest products specific to what I needed! I also appreciated the confidence the staff had in the product they suggested. Samples were an added bonus and led to future purchases :)
