They have good food but the flavors have changed since the last time I ordered from them!I won't order the chicken koobideh anymore since it is not as good as it used to but the beef koobideh is great and so is the barg.

Decent price and good food. Great spot for a quick lunch.Tip to owner: seems like you guys are using the Huy Fong chilli garlic sauce though I could be wrong. I feel like the hot sauce has too much vinegar and it doesn’t seem to match the Middle Eastern food too well, so I didn’t use any. It really is just personal preference but perhaps consider exploring a more neutral hot sauce?

I ordered catering for my office from Kabobchi and I do have to say that everything was exceptional and delicious, which I do not take lightly as a Syrian woman who knows her food. I wanted to introduce my colleagues to the Middle Eastern food that I have been eating my whole life and show them how delicious it is despite how strange it may appear to them as Americans, and they were all very happy with the food and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had the hummus (which i think was a generous add-on from the owner), falafel, babaghanoush, chicken and beef shawarma, tabouleh, and the kefta kababs. From the ordering process and the delivery, everything was very easy and streamlined. Customer service was excellent. The food was flavorful (especially the falafel and babaghanoush). 10/10 recommend if you are looking for authentic Middle Eastern food. I will add that previous reviews were correct in saying that Kabobchi rivals Al-Bawadi. This may well be my new spot for when I am too lazy to cook.Thank you to the owners! Well done!

Great little restaurant in a nondescript location. Found the food delicious and of good serving size. The staff was also very helpful and courteous. Really enjoyed the entire experience. If I lived locally, I could see myself eating here often.

Happened upon this cute, quiet place after needing some much desired nourishment. The cook was very attentive to my gluten-free diet and wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious! The textures and flavors were perfect. Also, I have been craving Gyro meat for a while and they delivered. This will be one of my frequented stops in Chicago.

This place is a hidden gem. My wife and I were regulars are Naf Naf until several locations shutdown due to the pandemic. Luckily we found Kabob Chi, a family run place. The owner Amjad and his wife care truly care about what they are serving and you can tell when you taste the foodWe usually get their two meal plate with Dill rice which comes with Lentil soup which is delicious.Highly recommend this place

I absolutely loved the food. Derek is great, he deserves some recognition. The cooks are also very talented. The Lentil soup is to die for. Twas my first time in Chicago. I will definitely be stopping by when I return in the future.

The service and owners are very nice people. However, they have waaaay too much veggies and vegetables in the sandwiches and Shawarma wraps, not enough meat and chicken! There has to be more chicken and meat for the sandwiches to taste better. The fries were excellent and again very nice people and owners and service. If they can improve more chicken and meat for their dishes and less veggies, I will upgrade my rating to 5 stars.

I ordered the kefta kabob entree and falafel. Great flavors all around. Food is fresh and well portioned. The falafel had to be my favorite. Crunchy on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside.

If you want great food, come eat here! The customer service is amazing, they're very welcoming and nice. As soon as they brought out the fresh Pita, I already knew this restaurant was going to be bussin??? I ordered the 3 way combo with chicken Kabob. Steak shawarma, and beef kabob. The steak is delish. It's was juicy, fresh, and hot. Not to mention, the presentation was beautiful. The serving sizes are huge and and worth the price. The rice was not dry, it was full of flavor. The French fries are tasty and crunchy. The falafels are crunchy on the outside and soft and fresh on the inside. I could tell they take their time with the food to perfect our pallets. If you want outstanding service, come here and dine ? I am overall happy with this place. Thank you for such a great 1st time experience.
