I absolutely love Erica!! She’s awesome and she works with me considering I’m a very picky eater. She even remembers my order considering all the people she see on a regular. I give her 5 stars personally! I only rated 4 stars because they don’t have the option of just a regular Caesar salad just Chicken Caesar. I get my salad modified, but it’s better to just pay full price for items you don’t want opposed to creating a bowl and paying for every little ingredient. I do wish there was a regular option, sometimes I just don’t want a protein added. Hopefully that’s something they consider in the long run, because some people just like a basic go to salad.
Jessica the manager is an amazing brand representative, and keeps me informed of new changes to the menu or new options for catering. She always treats customers as if they were VIPs, brings a smile to my face every time. I have introduced most of my company to Just Salad, everyone loves it and those who meet Jessica always tell me how awesome she is.
I come here almost 3 days a week because it’s so close to work. The staff are always friendly and quick! Erica always has a smile on her face (or eyes ?) and serves my salad quick and efficiently. Kudos to everyone!

I had an amazing experience with Chris today at the Prudential location. Being a first time customer Chris made my experience quick and seamless by suggesting menu items that are popular. I will definitely be a returning customer !
Love the place and concept. Grabbed some lunch here, and absolutely loved the wrap I had. The chicken poblano is so good! My friend had the tokyo supergreens and it looked tasty. Friendly staff as well.
Love the concept. The food is pretty tasty, fresh and healthy. However, I had to remove 2 stars due to the inconsistency of the portion size. It seems that the portion size strictly depends on who makes your bowl. So good luck! Maybe your bowl is made generously and you’ll feel satisfied or perhaps you’ll be starving 2 hours later!
Went here for a quick lunch. Wanted something healthy and wholesome. I was pleasantly surprised. Ordered a wrap and a smoothie. Great service as well. Will be returning.
Not sure if they use wet lettuce or watered-down dressing, but the salads are soggy and lack flavor. Chicken is always overcooked and rubbery. Maybe hardcore salad lovers would like it better. The couple times I've been here it's always left me underwhelmed and often hungry again within a couple hours.
