One of my top 5 places to order salad in the city!!
How do you give someone salads with no dressing? Also no meat.
Been going here for quite a while now. Delicious salads for the most part but the past couple times I’ve went, ordered the crispy chicken poblano and the chicken was dry. Either is a day old or it’s because the chicken is now precut.
I honestly think their food is overpriced. They charge extra for any topping. The serving lady is rude and tracks every little piece of food being served to you. Needs better customer care.
The staff is pretty slow and the manager Victor is rude never again will I come to this store experience was horrible
Just had the most expensive bowl of watery chicken noodle soup at $6 and some change and then my total bill for a 12 ounce can of Coke and the watery soup was $9 and some change. To add insult to injury they didn’t even give me crackers or bread. Then when I went back and requested bread they give me the end bread the smallest she could find. I see why this counter is never busy
A haven for a tasty healthy salad at an everyman price. Enjoyed the Caesar salad. A wonderful break from regular fast food on a day in the city.
Exactly what I wanted and Sierra did a great job juggling both online orders and in person orders. Great job!
I greatly enjoyed my experience at Just Salad on the 4th floor of the mall in downtown Chicago. I ordered the Tokyo Supergreens Salad which was large and healthy. They didn't have the dressing the salad came with but Chris, the employee that made my Salad was very professional and kind. I don't agree with businesses not accepting cash but Chris was kind enough to assist me in completing the transaction. Sierra was the other employee present, she was kind as well. Thanks again Chris for your kindness and helpful assistance.Attached is a photo of the location I purchased my salad from, and a photo of myself at The Roberto Clemente museum in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Thank you for being a Guardian Angel Roberto.??❤️Kyle
Great service from Chris, food was great!
