Just went to the Ontario location and was extremely displeased with the customer service. There was only one other customer in the store at the time we came in, yet the workers failed to acknowledge/ greet us. I asked nicely if they could make a flat white (a drink I get anywhere, similar to a latte with less milk) and the workers rudely responded, “um this isn’t starbucks”. They seemed very confused and took very long to get my order down, and after taking one sip and giving the drink back, they did not offer any money back or apologize. It was definitely very expensive for the mediocre quality.

Word of advice for the manager/owner:Train your staff to take everyone’s orders / cash out efficiently. You have two business models happening here -1) Order a custom, complicated order that requires creation and waiting2) Orders quick-to-gos productsAs a customer we know these create different waiting times. Imagine trying to buy a couple of products at the grocery store but standing in line for 20min to buy 1 thing. Imagine now, going to a restaurant and buying a meal but it comes out instantly. This is what you seem to currently strive for by cashing out one order at a time and then proceeding to make it while having a long line of folks waiting to cash out. You have lost me as a customer multiple times when I don’t have the extra 15min to spare in the morning to stand in a line to purchase a pre made juice. It’s almost time efficient (and cost) for me to just make these products myself than to wait on your staff.Your juices are remarkable, the decor, the marketing - everything is a charm. But please update the way that you allow customers to cash out and get in/out of your store asap.I would give you 5 stars if it weren’t for the inefficiency.

A bit expensive for a Green Machine. But worth it. I can already feel my body responding positively to it, verses when I drink coffee.

Visiting and absolutely enjoyed this plant based gem for breakfast! We ordered the Superfood toast and Black Phoenix to drink. Highly recommend trying these. The staff working were very friendly as well.

Loved the açaí bowls here - great quality of the ingredients and while quite pricey it’s totally worth it.

I love JuiceRx! I work on the same block, and I usually come in every week to grab juice and snacks for my work fridge. I come in for smoothies and bowls sporadically as well. I’ve gotten my whole workplace into the truffle bites!

I’m a regular at this place but one guy who works here always acts like he can barely understand me or hear me. Extremely rude and racist. Considering switching to another smoothie place and there are plenty of good places in Chicago where employees treat their customers right and with respect.

(This review is from last year- 9/7/21- but I wanted it to be on here as well to get the staff recognized if they're still there!)My first time trying this place out- and though it is a bit pricey it is light & tasty. The green (light) smoothie, Acai bowl, avocado toast, & immune boost/shot all tasted great. My main reason for leaving a review is to recognize the staff (Nancy, Tatiana, & Victor); they were very kind with their service. They answered many of my questions and made sure I received the type of food/drinks my sister and I were looking for. I hope management can acknowledge their efforts and recognize them in some way. It makes customers want to return! Thanks to the 3 of you :) and for the extra Goji berries too!

It was nice to find a place with so many good looking and healthy bowls and smoothies. Nice change for a hotel breakfast! Not a lot of seating though, so don't count on that you can eat in, luckily they pack them so it's easy to grab to go also.I recommend the fruit alchemist bowl.Staff were friendly.

Came in with friends for the first time and never going back - my friends ordered first, each drink took 12 min to make and I had to leave before ordering because they hadn’t taken my order after 20 min of being first in line. I don’t understand how they stay open. Drinks were also twice as expensive as any other smoothie place. I tried my friends’ orders - tasted like any other smoothie and one wasn’t fully blended.
