Ordered the Blue Magic shake and it was made wrong, it tasted super bitter and I’ve ordered this drink several times before - it’s never tasted like this. Asked if the drink could be fixed and the girl behind the counter started mocking me. She remade it but made sure to be extremely rude to me about it. It’s not my fault the drink was made wrong; ridiculing someone who asks for the drink to simply be fixed is a great way to lose business.
Love the energizer and Joe's identity. Also, love their healthy sandwiches. The packaging is adorable as well!

I wish I could give 0 stars for the absolute lack of customer service. I ordered delivery from this store 1,5 hours ago and the app says that my order was delivered. However, their contractor, Uber delivery, confirmed that my order wasn’t delivered. They told me to contact Joe & the Juice after a cal that lasted 20 min. I wasn’t able to call or chat with anyone from J&J. Please add your contact info to your website, or do not mark orders as delivered and charge $ if they were not in fact delivered.

Honestly this is not a juice company. They literally put ice in my ginger and apple shot and then blended it??? They Charged me extra for less apple and more ginger (which is totally fine) but didn’t add more ginger just ice. I ended up swallowing huge chunks of ice in 2oz shot. Embarrassing. The customer service is horrible and everyone treats you as if you’re an inconvenience. There are so many other local juice companies to support. Do not waste your time at this imposter of a place.

Walked in this morning with my partner to get a coffee. The restaurant was completely empty. We approached the counter where the member of staff was texting on her phone. She was aware we were there but chose to completely ignore us. We waited patiently and after a minute asked “hi, are we ok to order a drink please?”. She looked up at us with disgust and incredibly condescendingly said “yes, you can order a drink…” We left without ordering and won’t be returning. Disgusting and completely unprovoked behaviour that damages the joe and the juice name.
One of my favorite places that I visited in Chicago. Not too busy so the service was fast and the barista working at the time was wonderful to talk with. I cannot remember the name of the smoothie that I purchashed, but it had peppercorns and red pepper juice in it and it was amazing. Highly recommend visiting here.
I just picked up my tunacado sandwich. once I got back to my office....second day in the row bread is burnt and cracked! I cannot hold and they got my order wrong. I couldn't call in to order a new sandwich! also the tuna doesn't taste the same....and not in a good way! to top it off my lunch break is over. so thanks
