The store manager for this location needs to be fired immediately if not yesterday. Their decision to make employees who test positive come in has not only put other employees at risk but their family and customers as well. If you tested positive for Covid the past 3-5 days think of you went to this jewel Isco location.

Jewel on elston had very rude and unfriendly service, a cashier at self checkout was rude her name is Catherine. I also told her i didn't want help and i had face mask on and she rudely said well i can't understand you with the mask on , she was just very unfriendly and i went to self checkout to get in and out but then she still needed to get manager key for overide .

I went to this store and the deli refused to provide service around 8pm on Sunday saying they were wiping down their last slicer. Per the website, this store's deli hours are until 9pm. I went to customer service to ask and they called the manager over. Dave came and he was no help even when I told them what they advertise online. He said they usually shut the deli down between 8 and 8:30 and said he had no clue what is online for his store. When I asked for someone higher, he said contact headquarters. I asked for their information and he said he did not have and to look online. Manager was useless in every way possible and Jewel basically has false advertising about the hours. This place is not professional at all and does not care about customer service. I just left after that and left my cart with the manager. Don't make people waste time and resources base on the hours posted for this store.Updated on 5/23 after Jewel's response. If there is a shortage of staff, why was there someone behind the deli who was still cleaning slicers? Did the store post updated deli hours somewhere and update the hours on the website? The manager could have assisted or asked the Deli person to meet the posted hours, assisted at the deli, etc.

The grocery items are neatly arranged that can easily be found. Whenever I want to find something faster, I always ask attendants to help me. As always they are very helpful.

This Osco saved my life!I had some medical work done this week. The area of concern needs a certain kind of tape to hold on the gauze.... Had a heckuva time looking for it.Amazon would take days! The store at Addison & Kedzie had it!

Jewel osco is a great place for hot and cold items. Love browsing thru the store. Every thing in a one stop shop. Great soups and wings

The store? is always stocked??? with their items, and that's where with jewel stores, if a store doesn't have an item this one might just have it in stock ??

This is our shopping place for buying our groceries. Every first week of the month we came here to buy a lot of groceries for our whole month of supplies. But sometimes we went there twice or thrice a month if our food was already gone or the container was already empty. So we went there this morning. As we enter we can see a lot of selection they have. While I'm pushing a cart I took some photos of the selection. Some of their inventory was empty but I can see that there are some staff filling the empty inventory. Because my wife knows every selection, we quickly bought what we needed. So we went to the counter to pay for our groceries. Luckily we were the first in the line and we didn't wait long. We're so happy that we have groceries for the whole month.

We avoid this jewel even though we live near it due to a bevy of disappointments over the years, but today literally takes the cake. We in person ordered a decorated cake on Wednesday to pick up on Saturday evening. When we went in to pick it up, the cake wasn’t made, they had no comparable replacement available in the pre-made coolers, and even if they did wouldn’t have been able to add a birthday message. They even messed up the refund. We won’t be visiting this jewel ever again even for the sake of last choice convenience. There are better grocers and in store bakeries just a little further away.

this jewel osco has the worst in-store playlist i've ever encountered. the songs were so bad they didn't even feel real. it was making me nauseous. this isn't me being pretentious either, i love pop music & many other genres. the music in this grocery store was so dark-sided and evil sounding
