The store is quite busy but the lines move very quickly. Somehow the bathrooms here are always super clean, quite impressive and appreciated.
The employee ( Lady) from this jewel osco is really racist with latinos i came in 07/06/22 9:44pm at to buy waters and sodas when i was walking out she was telling me that i have to pay for the soda's well i have the receipt if you want to see it or if you want to do your job go to the computer that shows all the register and star doing your Job instead of just talking to your coworkers and stop profiling people by their skin color.

IGNORANT, short Latina woman monitoring self checkout area. Machine kept glitching - screen said "remove items from bagging area". This girl snatched the bags out of my partners hand and proceed to scan my groceries herself. I could not believe it - she also dropped several of my items on the ground. Disgusting human being. We've reached out to corporate.
They're open late, so I'll give them some credit, but their options are always sparse and I can never find decent salmon, even during the day (none at night, most of the time). They also water their vegetables and make them soft and mushy... Gross
AWESOME place! A lot of different goods and stuff. The dairy ingredients are fresh and well-organized. A very nice place for your groceries and also for a variety of fresh food items. It displays many items and all look fresh. Prices are also very reasonable and competitive. The staff was very nice and friendly and helpful when I came to that grocery shop. I also observed that the vegetables are nicely stack and clean. Great convenient location, well stocked grocery with a good selection of beers. I was very pleased to recommend your services to all of my friends and family!
Anyone else frustrated with the checking out process? Some sale items bave the sale price shown with the original, while others don't show up until the end. Since i often have at least one mismarked item, i fo watch the scanning pricess carefully. Your system is definitely not user friendly.
This Jewel profiles Latino customers. I’ve been treated unfair and profiled by an older female cashier because of my driver’s license. Looking at it as if it was fake and denying me from buying a bottle of wine. My id had a small piece cut up (driver license’s are plastic) and she said the id was tampered. I’ve bought liquor in the past with this same id and no problem. I understand the policies but the way I was treated and looked at let me leaving the store as if I was trying to commit fraud. I’m 40 years old and have visited this store for years but this particular cashier has always a rude way with Latino customer in general. Will not be going back anymore.
They can stand to lower there prices some. Seems like everyone keeps raising prices arbitrarily and blames it on the pandemic. The pandemic isn't new, things are no different than last year so with nothing changed why would prices?
