Jewel is very clean and well organized. The shelves are always stocked and they offer a variety of options!
I go here daily and I hate giving mediocre reviews but they never have enough registers open, employees just walk around like they aren't at work, stockers make you feel like your'e invading thier space, people down on their luck ask you for money on the way in and out which gets old when you shop daily, and prices are skyrocketing. 4 of those 5 they control but don't. The worst is when you go there nd they don't have any registers open. If I have to check myself out you need to be paying me discount.
This place is trash. I went here on a Wed eve ing about 730. I went for one specific item. The manager was behind the service desk, I showed him the item and he didn't know where it was and sent me on a wild goose chase for 35 minutes. There were no employees in this he'll hole to ask. I finally went to a gentleman who was tending the self check out lanes named Marcell. He didn't know where the item was but knew enough to reach out to Tony who knew exactly where it was. The White male grey haired manager isn't worth shot! Thank you Tony and Marcell!
Great grocery store, better pricing. Always well stocked with what you need. Staff is always helpful, and professional. Store is very clean.
Parking is a bust in the summer when the flower section takes over. It's always busy but thank goodness for self check out. BTW, if you self check out you should get your bags free. After all, you're doing Jewel's a favor. Hmmmm.
This Jewel-Osco is smaller by comparison to suburban stores but they have an incredible variety of everything you could want .Organic vegetables, keto , gluten-free, soy-free, plant-based meat-like products as well. Their meat and seafood is always well stocked and you can also, often score further discounts with your sign up of their "For U" program. They deliver and you will often see the same group of friendly faced employees. This is a neighborhood grocery store that is first rate!
No complaints. Clean well function jewel with nice layout. There is also alcohol here.
I can honestly say every employee I've ever had transactions with have always been extremely helpful and polite.

2/12/22 GREAT JOB at NOT enforcing a Mask Policy Jewel - more people than ever NOT wearing masks today!Still NOT enforcing a Mask Policy - this is why we still have Coronavirus… THANKS!!!Apparently this jewel has NO mask policy, I see people walking around in the store without a mask on - at all - and the employees only have part of their mouth covered.
