Went on a Tuesday and the staff was super friendly and welcoming! She was patiently answering my questions about the least sweet flavour (personal favourite) and gave me 3 different flavours to taste. Payment was quick and no line at all(different from weekend) and I enjoyed my stay there. It’s a place that brings people fun and joy.
Superb ice cream and flavors you wouldn't believe exist. Super friendly staff and clean spot virtually right outside the doors of Wrigley Field. Ice cream is a little pricey but what can you expect from a spot in the heart of Wrigleyville and yummy ice cream? Definitely a must try and don't forget to get a pint of your favorite flavor. You'll be craving more when you get home!
Undoubtedly fantastic flavors of ice cream. But couple of observations standout after multiple visits: 1) it is quite expensive. I realize it is located near a tourist trap that is Wrigley Field. But compared to comparably awesome ice creams like chocolate shoppe out in Forrest Glen, the price is outrageously expensive; 2) the staff who work there aren’t always friendly. Some are very nice but others couldn’t care less. It all depends on when you visit. Surprisingly, I find that when it is off hours with very few people in the shop is when the workers don’t really care.
The best jeni’s location in Chicago first and foremost. The customer service is amazing. The staff is the bomb! Jeni’s has some of the best ice cream in all the land. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Jeni (owner/founder) here at this location when it first opened.

Good Ice cream, but not much for the price.
Not only their ice cream is splendid, but also their staff. Really nice going there late at night and finding smiling faces willing to help and provide a good service. Huge variety of flavors. Definitely coming back.
The most delicious ice cream ever made. A bit pricey..but worth it. They have some really interesting flavors too. I like anything with peanut butter. The salted caramel is soooo good.
Brambleberry crisp + peanut butter = fancy PBJ!
Always delicious! Parking is difficult. Many flavors. Tried Hot Chocolate Peppermint, vanilla, and a Carmel peanut butter. All excellent!
