I've had other flavors here before but the salted malt cookie dough should be a crime to sell. I'm not sure if it was just my batch but it tasted like someone dumped table salt over the ice cream. Not subtle, but overwhelming. I could not stomach it and sadly bought a pint.

Wide selection of flavors, hard to choose a favorite

Super friendly service and unique ice cream flavors. I got the Goat Cheese with cherry and upside down pineapple cake. They also give a piece of waffle cone that adds a nice crunch and touch to the ice cream.I asked about the everything bagel flavor since it wasn’t back yet, and the person helping me said it tastes like bagel and cream cheese which is good—but weird for an ice cream flavor.

I have never tasted ice cream quite like this. After enjoying dinner in Wicker Park, I stopped by this ice cream shop on a 10-degree night to further deepen the chill. I ordered the Gooey Buttercake flavor, and quickly understood why almost no toppings are offered here; nothing could have possibly improved what I was tasting. It was rich, sweet, and decadent. I recommend it to anyone who likes sweets, and can’t wait to come back for more.

Staff seems like they're being taken care of. Cheery and friendly. Bathrooms are exceptional. Baby changing stations in both and tampons available. That's how you take care of your customers.

Jeni's has delicious ice cream in wonderfully unique flavors. Jeni's offers seasonal flavors along with the usual favorites. They offer their ice cream both single serve and by the pint. The menu lists variations of half scoops, so you may try 2 or 3 flavors in 1 order. Pick up a pint when you order, you'll be glad you did.

Unique ice cream flavors that taste out of this world! The brown butter almond brittle is a must try! Friendly staff as well.

This ice cream is the best I’ve ever tasted!

Best ice cream ever! Staff is amazing!

HEY NOW! HEY NOWWWW! THIS IS WHAT DREAAAAAMSSSS ARE MADE OF!!Sorry for that brief moment of nostalgia, but truly there is no other way to describe the ice cream at Jeni's, other than dreamlike.Me and one of my girlfriends visited the parlor on a Saturday afternoon and although there was a line, it diminished rather quickly. I didn't really even notice the line because I was too busy marveling over all of the incredible and unique sounding flavors of ice cream and sorbet offered during this time. The staff here were all super friendly and bubbly. I mean, it's understandable considering they get to play with ice cream all day and make people happy in doing so!I opted for the sweet cream and lemon buttermilk frozen yogurt, in a cup with a complimentary waffle crisp.Y'all. Upon first bite of mixing the two flavors, I was immediately transported back to the 90s growing up in the south and remembering the days of summer camps where they would make us sell lemonade for fundraisers and the counselors would bring us those white individually packaged vanilla ice cream cups to reward us for our hard work. Those days were golden, and the fact that Jeni's ice cream could take me there based on flavor and quality alone is something that you just can't pull off without tenacity and skill.I will journey to Wicker Park often just to go here. It is worth every penny (not even that expensive) and truly unmatched as far as I can tell by living in the city for almost two years.
