I liked the service, especially if the worker was very patient and knows how to deal with people, today I came late and found it closed at 7:40 but I liked that veiled girl who opened for me, and made me acai juice, I thank Jumba because she knows how to choose her workers, today I am very happy , because I felt that there are still good people like that girl, she is very kind, keep her, because workers like her are rare, good luck
Disappointingly poor service. Remarkably bad. Got my order wrong and the person immediately after me. Was not apologetic in any way.
Not the friendliest service but smoothie was very tasty and was ready quickly. Good menu. Went because it looked quicker than Smoothie King.
Loved the smoothie but location was claustrophobic and didn't have enough seating.
Went to get a juice but they don't sell juice. Very deceptive name. Smelled good in the store though.

The good thing about Jamba Juice is with the formula they follow, it's going to be pretty good no matter where you go...even in O'hare.The STAFF are what makes this a five star review and location. The three people that were working the 13th at about 4pm were spectacular beyond belief. Give these people a raise. Seriously, they are worth it.
