We stumbled across this awesome coffee place this afternoon and decided to try it. Great spot for good coffee and some quick bites. Absolutely loved the quirky ambience here. The baristas were very nice and polite. Will definitely visit again.

The esthetics of this place is on another level. Easily one of the most interesting coffee shops I have been in the US.They have an eclectic selection of coffee and nice sandwich options.Would 10/10 come again.

Food is delicious! Atmosphere is super cool! Just started working in this area and have been struggling to find good lunch options... I finally found this amazing spot. Highly recommend! (: will be going back for sure!

Good coffee and they offer vegan options too! I had a tofu and "sausage" bagel ? Super cool coffee with art and gift shop. Great prices and staff ?

The iced horchata with espresso! Delicious! Fun coffee/tea house! My kids would be proud!

I absolutely love Jackalope! Not only does this local joint offer an array of coffee/tea/tasty treats and bites, but their customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend!

Ordered the Chimera and was given a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. I was missing sauce and what ever else was supposed to be on the sandwich. Ordered through door dash but that's no excuse for such poor quality. I didn't receive my money back either. Never again.

This café shop gives me a vintage vibe, which I am in love with (lol). I 100% recommend trying the egg waffle, they are delicious . The owner of the café is also very friendly. Since I live near this place, I often come here and study. My go-to order is Hokkaido milk tea with egg waffle.

Such a Southside gem. This coffeehouse has an awesome esthetic, even better food and drink. This past visit I got coffee with the Jackalope sandwich (Smokey bacon, fresh goat cheese, sliced tomatoes, & fig jam). It was Great!! I am not on the Southside enough (live NW), but Everytime I'm near, I definitely try to stop here.

When I moved to Bridgeport 5 years ago, I found and fell in love with Jackalope. I loved the art, the environment, the menu, and it made me feel like I was part of the neighborhood. I would do my schoolwork, write poems and relax there. It became my comfort place and when I was having a rough day I would order from here to feel better. Last year I placed a larger order for many sandwiches. I was excited to get nutritious and delicious food and drinks for everyone. However, when the order arrived, the sandwiches were not what we were expecting portion-wise, having ordered from there so many times before. I called to discuss what had happened instead the owner was extremely disrespectful and mean even though I was polite and wanted to genuinely discuss what happened. She dismissed and completely disregarded my feelings immediately. I was completely shocked and heartbroken. I understand that working customer service during the holidays is very difficult and exhausting, but there was no need for the owner to react that way over a genuine issue with the order. Further attempts to speak to the owner resulted in them continuing to be rude and disrespectful. The employees of Jackalope are all very kind and have always been amazing people, however, their boss the owner ironically is not the same.
