Great pizza, nice staff, and we left our change at the counter, came back to get it pizza and they were quick to give us our money back. Integrity is everything!
The double decker was messy and missing so much cheese the little sauce exposed was dried out, the "huge" fried mushrooms were just smaller than the size of my pinky fiber end and overcooked and soggy. It seems quality control isn't there anymore.
They have a large menu. Everything I've had from here has been awesome. I love to go in and get a slice of pizza. Portion sizes are very generous. You can't go wrong with anything you order. This is a to go only place. There's no room for dining. They do deliver.
Great flavor & they have giant pizza sizes for large gatherings. Best thin crust pizza if your on the North side of Chicago. I highly recommend it.
My favorite pizza of all time. Been eating this pizza since 2002 . My favorite is a Thin crust pizza with ground beef and pepperoni ?. Ground beef has the right flavor. The steak fires are good also .
I was lucky to grow up in Chicago. We lived within walking distance ofJ.B. Alberto's Pizza. My mom used to pack us up on the wagon to go pick up dinner from down the block. Then she'd let us pull the wagon home, full of the best pizza and ribs. We made all our neighbors jealous on pizza night! I still stop by to grab pizza by the slice any time I'm in the area.
Always have and always will be my childhood and present favorite. Hands down the best pizza you will ever have. Fan since 1985 !!
We've been ordering from JB's for years. Always had a friendly delivery driver but this time the driver was so late and rude the pizza was cold by the time he arrived. He called stating he was outside to deliver but was not. Tried calling back and he hung up on us. Tried calling the restaurant and was hung up on as well. So unprofessional. They have lost our business. Will not be ordering from them anymore.
I placed an order for delivery and the young girl, Adrianna, thought I said 'Pick Up.' She asked for my phone number instead. She never asked for my card number nor address.I called right back because obviously something was wrong.And I said I wanted to give her my card info and make sure the address was right.She gave me so much sass and attitude that it was beyond me how she would even have the opportunity to work at the front end/over the phone.It got to the point that she was cutting me off when I wanted to give her my card info and address! She said she asked me twice if I wanted Pick Up and that I said Yes.I DID NOT.She could've handled it professionally by granting me my request to speak to her manager which she put me on hold, a man answered then she picked up and said the manager is not available....lying. And she even changed her name to "Leslie" over the phone as well. But it's the same voice.I've NEVER had this experience before from Alberto's out of all the times I've ordered from you all.Talk to Adrianna and tell her to be more friendly, professional and courteous to all her customers. Act like an adult not a child.UPDATE: My Receipt says the cashier name is Alexa R.
Gotta start by saying I grew up with and loved JB’s. Debated on posting because I loved this place. So I’m really hoping this post serves to help better the quality of the food. The last couple of times I’ve ordered wings, I’ve found feathers (more than I’d like to count). But this last time it was just too much. Am I crazy to think there shouldn’t be any feathers in the food?
