I go here all the time. I love the place, and I hope the wait staff and management knows how much I appreciate them. They have great food and if they make a mistake, they always take care of it. I wish their air-conditioning wasn't so cold, but that's the only problem I ever had in the last 30+ years. ? ? ?
Always great food. And always good people. Our Waitress was Awesome ofcourse. Friendly and Professional waitstaff. I will always come back to my personal favorite neighborhood spot. Huge Donuts! ... LoL

I had a really good breakfast today here. My eggs were cooked perfectly. Super pancakes too.They are open 24 hours to boot!Kiki was my waitress and was very attentive. Quick with the coffee.Gabe bused tables and was very friendly.
Friendly staff. Your neighborhood diner. Fresh donuts. Parking available. Not expensive. Good food. Serves breakfast lunch and dinner. For now open until 9:30pm. Maybe later it will be open late again. Due to covid.
I grew up coming to Huck Finn's restaurant! Never been disappointed with the food or the service! Now when I come to my home town, my daughter and I made it or tradition to come for our last day in Chicago brunch! Bye the way? The potato pancakes ? are the bomb!
I've had great experiences everytime I've been here. Last time I got the Mexican Skillet. The Pancakes "slap" which means they are nice n fluffy. The Becky Thatcher is a good one, a well priced combo of breakfast items. Getting pricey but that ain't their fault. Expect to pay 20 for a good meal and drink. They have quite an array of donuts too.
