The pizza was good as always but the unexpected 17% service charge really was bad! It came out of the blue and we could not track down an employee to ask about it because they make it seem like it's the automatic tip for a larger group. Please be upfront with all your guests about this charge, is this part of the tip? Does this go to the wait staff/workers? What's this charge for?
My first time back after about 20 years, the food of course was delicious. Our server, Tiffany was okay. They remodeled the place and I like it.
Ambience nice! Waitress friendly great service! Pizza wings fries etc all tasty!Didn't like the fact you can only be seated when all persons your dining with arrive! Didn't like being charged a service fee on top of total bill amount added taxes as well as a generous given tip! Note: service fee donot have to be paid! money donot go to staff ! do your research customers most restaurant establishments are charging this fee at their discretion ! Note: I did receive a refund of the service fee !
I haven't been here for a while but let me tell you home run pizza is still one of the best pizza .

Just turned 40 and have been going here since I've been in diapers. Lol best pizza I've ever had! and I'm a BIG pizza guy!! if you haven't ever been to the actual restaurant I definitely recommend going at least once and I promise you'll be back!!

The food was mediocre, the manager Norma is terrible and extremely unprofessional. The only positive note on this location is the lovely bartender Khristell. She handles herself like a real professional and the Long Island she made was tremendous. 5/7 would not recommend.

If you need to order pizzas for any occasion you need to order in a months time. Their service is horrible. I ordered 3 personal size pizzas the night before and I STILL had to wait and hour and a half for my order the day of this is terrible. Only 2 cooks on a Friday its like Really?
