Goat biryani
Food from here is good. I order the chicken biryani and momos often, but they have been increasing prices always. It’s gotten to a point where it doesn’t make sense at all. It’s not a high end restaurant nor the quality is such that they charge $17 for a chicken biryani and other dishes as well. Would have liked to order often but going to refrain from it due to unfair pricing now. Would rather prefer other options with reasonable quality vs price.
I've been looking for delicious Indian food options downtown. A friend introduced me to this place. It is amazing! I had shrimp curry, and chicken biryani (spicy). It hit the spot, and I look forward to returning sooner than later.
I usually love Himalayan and have ordered from them several times. Most of their stuff is great, but I ordered their Paneer Makhani last night and this is how it turned up – extremely watery, pink/bright orange in colour that is in no way natural. My fingers are still stained from the colour. Would not recommend this dish unless they fix it. I usually like their Palak Paneer very much but this was a huge disappointment.
The food was very tasty, and the service was excellent. All the dishes were good, and the quantities were very generous. The momos were soft and served with tasty sauces. The entrees came with steamed rice, and it was a great dining experience overall. Parking can be difficult and expensive at times, but that is is not really the restaurant's fault.
SO tasty!! I can't wait to go back again!
Utterly delightful, the Chilli Momo's are simply the best and not to be missed. We also tried the Himalayan Mixed grill, its huge and worth every penny...simply sizzling deliciousness and we tried the rich and creamy Chicken Makhani.Service was friendly and attentive.
The food was incredible and affordable. It’s a ton of food that perfect to share with people. Family-sized entrees.
Food was good for a person who like to eat Indian food on a regular basis
Great Indian food to take out. Try the lamb biryani.
