This was my first time going into the actual place which the gentleman who works there was extremely helpful, literally walked me through the process of ordering.. my first taste was a delivery to the Hyatt Regency Chicago a few of my coworkers asked if I wanted to try that was last week & I’ve been thinking about it every since because it was sooooooo good!! & it’s delicious now!!! I’ll def. recommend to others.

Hawaiian Bros is this location is part of the United Kitchens food court, kiosk order/online ordering. Went up to the kiosk selected Hawaiian Bros, selected the "Classic - Huli Huli Chicken" because the kiosk prompted that it is the signature dish! and being that I haven't had teryaki chicken in quite sometime, additionally I ordered Spam Musubi, because I have always wanted to try it, something to class up your average spam.So if you like your carbs this is a place for you, the teriyaki chicken comes on a bed of sticky rice, accompanied by a scoop of sticky rice, and a scoop of Hawaiian style macaroni salad. If you are less carb inclined I think you can substitute seasoned vegitables for the scoop of sticky rice and macaroni salad for an additional cost. In any case the teriyaki chicken was really quite good, the sticky rice both the teriyaki sauce ladened bed and scoop of sticky rice quite tasty, the hawaiian style macaroni salad I found a bit bland, I did a little search and found no flavors that should be at least a little evident, well lacking. I could be totally off the mark in any case, didn't really care for it personally, eh maybe with a spicy main perhaps.Onto the Spam Musubi, I found that teriyaki glazed spam with sticky rice to be pretty tasty, though I also discovered that I am not a huge fan of seaweed, just not my thing I guess.I will most likey visit them again for at least the Luau Pig. The price point is relatively alright to size of portion. Service was pretty quick. All in all a pretty good experience.

I've had better hawaiian food so it's not 5 stars for me, but delivery in Chicago under 30min most of the time with these portions for this price?!...one of the best values you're going to find as long as the portions stay on point.

Really great flavors! I got the large entree mixed plate with Honolulu chicken and Hulu Hulu and they were nice & saucy. Definitely on the salty side, but I love salty food so it didn’t bother me. Plus the side of jasmine rice & veggies balanced it out really well. The strawberry and pineapple soft serve is also delicious. Would definitely try again!

I had a great experience for my first time at this place. My server was a nice guy named Isaac. He was super informative if everything on the menu. I told him my dislikes and likes and he recommended things to my liking. He made my first time experience worth it. I highly recommend this place & what I ordered was perfect

I was in the mood for something tasty, this didn't disappoint AT ALL! So delicious! I was there on Wednesday and the service was incredible. Ricky recommended their spicy chicken and the Dole Whip and was kind enough to explain every menu item to me then let me sample what I wanted. He made my day with his great conversation and bubbly personality. I'll be back, FOR SURE!

Changing my reviews they now give you NOTHING. LIKE LITERALLY 5 PIECES OF CHICKEN for $11. Doesn't even match their picture on UberEats. Pathetic.OldI'm addicted to this place fresh and with large portions. Healthy as long as you don't eat the Mac! But the mac is goooood, cold and good. Never really had Hawaiian before but this is basically healthy chicken

I gave this review a two star not because of the food but because the service. My husband and I came in last night for the first time. We walked in and stood at the counter thinking someone would take our order. There were three employees working and not one of them said hi, how are you, do you need help. So next I said I guess we order our food on this screen ourselves. I still wanted to make sure so I said excuse me do we order ourselves? The taller guy said yes and walked back to the other two. We order it asked if we wanted to tip so we did. We sat down and waited for our food. After a bit I looked over at this counter that said pickup and I noticed a bag and two Pepsi. I told my husband I wonder if that’s our food. He walked over and yes it was. So maybe if the employees would have spoke to us and let us know how the process works the experience might have been different. We was in the city last night visiting, so we didn’t know how this place works. We tipped because we assumed our food was gonna be served to us. Online it says dine in so that is what we thought it would be. This is my first ever review in life. I don’t do it because if I have a bad experience I just won’t go back. Customer service is needed here.

I went into the restaurant and was helped by a gentleman named Isaac he was very polite I was undecided on what I wanted to eat cause it was my first time there he recommended me a couple things to choose from I was very pleased by his great customer service and will return back and definitely recommend the food it was delicious
