Excellent service; staff were very attentive and patient with us. Our waiter was fluent in both English and Mandarin. I especially appreciated the extensive sauce station with recommendations on how to create a variety of sauces. The tasty food and clean and upbeat environment is carefully made with quality with a similar price point to SF. There isn't a relatively huge variety of food choices for hotpot, but everything (except mango drink) was fresh. Would recommend.
I was really impressed with the experience here! I found the portions to be quite large for the price, so I didn't feel bad about ordering as much as we did. Also able to get multiple broths, which was fun! (The Tom Yum was by far our favorite!) Also, your dishes are brought out by a little robot, which I found kind of neat. There is also a sauce bar with more sauces than you could ever want, and they suggest combinations/mixes that you can do to get specific flavors.I'd definitely suggest coming with a group so you can take advantage of all the different meats/broths that they offer. We were only 2 people and we wanted to try more things but just didn't have any more space!
Excellent experience throughout. Staff were friendly and helpful through their many options. They had many soup bases for every palate, with vegetarian and varying levels of spiciness, all 4 we got we're flavorful with our personal favorite being the tomato base.Ordering food was easily done through a tablet which helpfully came with recommended cook times for each item.Ordered the dancing noodle which came with a fun performance, with the middle itself also being delicious, along with each of the meats and vegetables we got.Will definitely visit again.
OH MY GOD! A new must-go to when in the area! First off, the place is stocked with amenities. When you first walk in there is a hand washing sink. Go upstairs and you are seated at your table, you are provided an apron to protect your clothes, and anyone with long hair get a hair tie to pull their hair back with. Don't even get me started on the bathrooms and how stocked they are!Now to the food, you can select 2 or 4 soup bases but beware, they mean spicy when they say it! The bone broth was my favorite base. You order what veggies and proteins you would like on an iPad and an adorable little robot brings your food to the table! And then there was the sauce bar....yes, you read that right...A SAUCE BAR! They even had a back-splash behind the sauce bar that listed the sauces you could make with the available ingredients.Service was fantastic as well, just the cherry on top of a great experience!So in case it wasn't obvious, I loved this place and cannot wait to go back ❤
This place is amazingly good. I came here for lunch by myself and the prices seemed slightly high till you see the portion sizes which are big, they are def meant more for groups. The Dynamite Lobster balls were amazing and would highly recommend. I got the spicy broth which was the perfect mix of spicy and numbing. The mushroom combo mix has 4 kinds of mushrooms and a great portion size compared to ordering them all separately. They give you bags for your masks and wipes for your glasses afterwards which is a nice touch. And the cute little robots that bring your food to your table are adorable. A+
This place is not just a meal it's an EXPERIENCE. Not only do the provide the most delish broths and quality means, veggies, etc. There's a robot that brings your items, a noodle dancer and a fan dance! Also great service. I've never been anywhere that offered small ziploc bags for your cell phone so it doesn't get dirty! Also much more!
Our first time at this place, and I would have to say it was quite the experience. It Had a chill futuristic vibe, where they have a cute little bot that brings out your food. The costumer service was amzing, Our server James was very attentive, so many options for sauce and broth, very nice and clean, and Most of all the taste Was just perfect. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone.
Superb service and excellent quality of food! This restaurant has the best Chinese Hotpot in Chicagoland, hands down. This is my new favorite place for hotpot.
Husband and I went on my birthday and absolutely enjoyed it! It’s always been my favorite place for hotpot not just for their food - always fresh and exquisite, but also for their service which is top notch. Our server James went over and beyond to make sure we had the best experience, very attentive and friendly! They dressed up our table upon our arrival for celebrating my birthday. I loved it! They also came out to sing for me at the end of our meal which was surprising and super cute!!
Clean! Excellent customer service.Wide variety of choices when it comes to broth, meats, veggies and dumplings.Definitely a place I would go back To.Just be up-to-date with Covid-19 related guidelines.
